Amazing mattress store with super helpful staff members! Me and my boyfriend came in searching for a queen mattress. Ronnie was very welcoming and showed us all the available models and discussed the pros and cons with memory foam and spring mattresses. Who knew there would be so many options. After thoroughly testing out the beds we decided to do a spring bed with a foam pillow top. Amazing prices. $ 849 for the whole set but since we were only getting the mattress it was $ 100 less. There is also a Unilocal deal where you get $ 100 off if you spend over $ 500. Check in and get either a free pillow or mattress protector. I would definitely recommend my friends and family nearby to check LA Mattress for any mattress needs. I wish I needed to shop for mattresses more often so I could come back and lay on all the beds haha. There is a four month trial period so you can trade it in if you aren’t happy with it you can trade it in. Free delivery on the first mattress. Love it!

Update: I now have just purchased my own mattress set from them and couldn’t be happier! I wanted the exact one my friend had purchased. I was very busy and couldn’t stop in so I called and asked for them to look up what she purchased over a year ago and sure enough they found it, got the same great price, and coordinated everything over the phone! Deliver took 10 minutes tops and they set up the frame mattress. I highly recommend them!

This store really surprised me with the quality service and attention to our needs when we entered. Ronnie is awesome. Los Angeles Mattress was the first stop in our effort to purchase a new bed set. He was super informative and tried to work with us on the price. We then went around town comparison shopping. Everyone we met was also nice, but Ronnie’s selection of bed’s was a the best! So, after lying on a bunch of mattresses all over LA! We went back to Los Angeles Mattress Stores, and confirmed we were getting the best bed, at the best price from among the options we’d tried out! Our bed is being delivered later today and he worked with us on scheduling delivery at a time that would be convenient for us and then called last evening to confirm. So far our experience with Los Angeles Mattress Store has been great. And I would definitely go back if I needed another bed set!

Ronnie is the man — 6 stars!
So I was in desperate need of a new bed. I absolutely could no longer sleep on my 20 year old bed. Yes, you read that right — 20 years exactly. I was trying to curl up at the foot of my bed just trying to get through the night. It was truly awful. So on went my bed search but I am not paying $ 5,000 to get a good bed. I mean I just do not have that kind of cash and I needed a good bed due to having a medical condition that really effects my sleep.
After searching for months and getting advise from anyone who could offer some up and getting nowhere really; I looked mattress stores on Unilocal and saw all the fab reviews for this store. This is where I met Ronnie. I am the type of person who will research to death any purchase meant to be kept a while let alone a hefty financial one. I walked in and looked at 2 bed manufactures at Ronnie’s suggestion and did not look further. That is so NOT ME!
I purchased one of his recommendations with his guarantee that I can exchange this bed one time with zero hassles. Well a short amount of time goes by and I just cannot get a good nights sleep and I don’t know why. It is better than my old bed but I still really hurt every single day and I am not sleeping well at all. I called, spoke with Ronnie and he asked that I give it a little more time and I did. At just about the 3 month mark I just cannot take it. If it needed to be broken in any more it can’t be my me.
I go back to the store, tell Ronnie the situation and also tell him I’ve only had one good nights sleep since my purchase and that was at a hotel! After talking it over, he thinks that I should still keep the same brand but that my bed is just too firm for my delicateness! :) So I get a medium firm (vs. luxury firm) bed from the same manufacturer. He does the paperwork and exchanges my bed — no fuss no muss! NOW THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKIN’ ABOUT! What a difference. I still have my issues but I know that they are my issues and it is not the bed. My arms and fingers still go numb if anyone has any advice???
