Very friendly & accommodating staff. I’ve been here once & they made me feel like I’ve been shopping here since the first day they opened. Great place to find one-​of-​a-​kind & vintage pieces. Will be coming back again whenever I’m in LA.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to wander around the Arts District while waiting to meet a couple of my friends. This place has a great vibe from the outside so I decided to stop in. The woman behind the counter was engaged in conversation with another woman, whom I assume worked there. I received a hello, but no other form of customer service, as the two women continued their conversation, obviously oblivious to me. Really, I had to hear about your neighbor, and another that died? You have what appears to be a wonderful product/​service. Custom embroidery… looks intriguing… vintage hats with custom hat bands made from some kind of well worn material, classic Levis, etc. Your product has a story to tell, that I would LOVE to have heard, but didn’t, how sad! Having heard about how you talk about your neighbors, even sadder. Wondering about how you talk about your customers/​potential customers, the saddest thought of all!

What an awesome hidden gem in the Arts District. If you are looking for real vintage denim, this is the place to go. The people here know their stuff and can give you in depth info, history and heritage on all of the items in the shop. I love the ability to personalize my name on the jackets too.

Lot, Stock and Barrel is a welcome addition to the Arts District — so glad I stumbled by their shop on my way to Wurstküche. They have an eclectic variety of vintage goods and also do custom chain stitching in store — can’t wait to have my denim jacket monogrammed. Their front door is a bit tucked away but just keep an eye out for their sign and seating area outside.
