I coach students to understand the multiple factors involved in getting a disciplined, self-​regulated, self-​motivated program to be able to excel in your particular field of study. Whether you are an undergraduate student, graduate student, or preparing for your doctoral studies, I can help you to understand what it takes to be a successful student in a very demanding world. How do you balance work with your studies? How do you stay focused on your dreams? When you work with me, we will learn how to manage your time wisely and effectively to get the most our of your education.

I also work with those who are struggling to get past and over their first love. I am an expert in healing a broken heart. Getting past our heartbreak can be one of the most difficult challenges a man or woman has to go through.

I am also an expert in trauma, stress, and PTSD recovery. I created a program as a consequence of my own personal experience with a severe case of complexPTSD. With the help, mentor-​ship, and guidance of Dr. Sarah Larsen M.D., and Dr. Edward Tick Ph. D, author of ‘Warrior’s Return’ and ‘War and the Soul’, I found the path of return, healing, full recovery and transformation. It is a total mind, body, spirit, and soul healing modality based upon the principles of a Course in Miracles. It utilizes meditation, talk therapy healing sessions, and techniques to develop the skills to de-​construct and heal your past, and begin to re-​construct the life you want to live.

Charlie P.

Business Owner

I was born in Denver, Colorado. I attended and graduated from the United States Air Force Academy. I served 5 years as an active duty officer before switching to the arts to become a professional actor. Studied acting at the Stella Adler Academy of Acting, and studied Shakespeare at the Midsummer in Oxford program offered by the the British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England. I have acted in numerous plays, tv series, and independent films. My passion, purpose, and mission is to bring awareness to and help people who suffer from PTSD recover from their trauma and live the lives they were meant to live. I am a member of the Screen Actors Guild/​American Federation of Television and Radio Artists Union, the critically acclaimed Elephant Theatre Company in Los Angeles, and I have a not-​for-​profit production company called Sewer Socialist Productions.
