I’m just going to echo the many other reviews complaining about customer service…1 word: snobby! I expected that a high-end store would hire excellent workers to uphold their name. Definitely not! The attitude at this store reminded me of when I was shopping at Abercrombie as a young tween, the I’m-better-than-you-even-though-I’m-working-an-entry-level-job. When I came to return a pair of unworn crops I had gotten as a gift, the cashier did not make eye contact, smile, or even say anything past the 7 words«do you want to exchange the size?» When I asked her to clarify if I’d be receiving a gift card or cash for my return, she flashed me a judgmental«clearly-you-don’t-shop-here-often» look and said«gift card» because I had returned with a gift receipt.(I stand corrected, she actually said 9 words to me total!) Working in customer service, it’s your JOB to be friendly and helpful, not snobby and standoffish. Also parking can be difficult. There’s a very small valet lot in front or you’ll just have to get lucky with street parking.

When paying premium, definitely expect better customer service. Somehow my water bottle spilled when I was at the checkout counter and was getting a new sized shirt. I didn’t realize it had spilled all over my clothes and they decided to let me still buy them. When I got home i had super wet clothes in my bag. To top it off they left the sensor on one of the shirts. I would have thought they would have gotten me new clothes that weren’t wet or told me to make sure to get home right away to dry them so I don’t have smelly moldy clohtes! Pretty bad after spending $ 250.00 there.

I love this brand but wow… shopping at this location is a nightmare. The music was on SUPERLOUD!!! Felt like I was in one of those sleazy shoe stores that play club music. Couldn’t even think… and I really need new gear. ugh. Had to leave. Attention lulu: you’re a YOGA store not a nightclub. How is it necessary to blare music so loud that I had to leave? You created such an uncomfortable environment.

Excellent customer service! Purchased a pair of amazingly comfortable and warm, fuzzy, non-athletic shorts at a Lululemon in New York. After less than 10 wears, the entire length of waistband elastic snapped and curled into itself. Very uncomfortable to wear/put up with and annoyed that I might just have to live with a manufacturing defect that I paid good money for. I wasn’t aiming to rant and rave for a refund/return, but I was afraid that Lululemon BW would refuse to help me without an original receipt for something I bought out of state. Without going into the trivial back and forth financial details, «Abby,» one of the store managers was able to help me work out an agreement for the repair that was very honest and fair. While I wouldn’t classify their policy as lax, Abby understood my situation and said to me, «I want to make sure you are happy with your product!» Quality product, quality customer service. I returned on a different day to complete the transaction and I was helped by a few other sales associates who were equally as friendly and honored Abby’s agreement. Not pushy, not overbearing/hovering, and not condescending. I happened to come in that day on my break with my ethereal no makeup, scruffy and tired student glam – but this BW location is not dismissive of that and treated me respectfully as a paying repeat customer. Happy gal!

I own one thing from Lululemon, bought on clearance. But it is amazing. I want more. Someday. Until then I will continue to enjoy their free in store yoga every Wednesday night and Sunday morning.

Lululemon makes the most comfortable underwear in the whole wide world! Seriously! They should win an award or something! Love this seamless thong in the softest fabric! I also wear their Groove pant(I believe that’s what it’s called?) as loungewear… it is super comfy and I love to wear it when I want comfy pants but nothing that’s too warm. I’ve decided that I prefer another activewear line for my workouts, but OMG this underwear is the best. A while ago I started making it a requirement to wear undies that were«workout undies,» because it’s so gross that regular ones don’t dry as fast after your sweaty workout!(I also hate working out with cotton shirts… all the clothes must be workout material!) I found these so comfortable that they are now my dailies, plus there’s the thought that if I already have them on, I’ll workout every day, right? Might be a TMI post since anyone on the internet can read this… but the word must get out there about this underwear. If they expanded their line to include pretty and new styles, I’d get those too! I’d love bralettes to match!

I had an incredible experience today with Alex. My son had bought me an expensive yoga mat there as a gift. It never worked for me, too heavy to carry on my bike, when I washed it, it was too thick to dry in days, it was cracking and so on. But because it was a gift, I felt I should ust live with it. After yoga class today, I dropped by the Brentwood store spontaneously and was greeted by Alex, so lovely, professional and understanding of my problem. She offered to exchange my heavier mat for a lighter one, even though my mat was a year old. I was not interested in making any money on the deal, so I was happy to accept her offer. Off I went with a lighter mat that I can take on my bike and not feel like I am carrying a 10 pound load. I was grateful for the accommodation. This is the kind of service I appreciate from a great brand that stands behind their product. Thank you Alex – Brentwood is where I’ll be doing my shopping for yoga!

LOVED the girls! They were super helpful! I HATED the valet! They were so rude and parked a car over the lulu spot and refused to assist. This probably won’t stop me from coming back, but what a pain! They need some yoga in their life!!!

Not all sales associates were friendly. Factoring in the 45 minute commute and customer service, chances of me returning is slim to none.

Mostly nice staff, some have an air of snob. Good selection, alterations are always on time. Nice large fitting rooms. Staff is knowledgable and makes good recs based on your needs.

Standard lululemon in my opinion. I was kinda bothered by the fact that there was no sale rack– but most people coming here would probably not be bothered by that. The sales people were very nice and very helpful though.

Had a birthday gift card so stopped by to get me some new pants to as to my collection. I was looking for some wonder under but the friendly girl that works there was super good at showing me different options and explaining the materials used for each one of the pants. I ended going for the studio pants which are soooo comfortable! Will definitely shop here again

Update: One of the managers Morgan again approved to be very helpful! She helped to hold an item for me so that I could come back and buy it — she’s just friendly, down to Earth and has good customer service skills, which don’t go unnoticed by me.

I don’t come here to shop for myself, but I do accompany my sister who is a huge fan of the store nowadays. Just from coming here, I can see why she likes it so much. The sales associates who work here are all very friendly and pleasant people, and they all seem genuinely happy to be working here and to help you out with any questions you may have about the items they carry. I always say this about the places I go and have mentioned this in other reviews, but a good sales team always makes the shopping experience a lot better. There’s the fake nice, when they try to act forcefully happy, and which in my opinion I find to be rather annoying, but I didn’t see that here at all during my latest visit. Everyone seemed genuine and down to earth, so I wouldn’t mind shopping here again or recommending it to other people who may want athletic gear or clothes from a lululemon store. Another cool aspect of this store that I found interesting is that they do free alternations for the clothing you purchase in case something is too long or doesn’t fit the way you want it to fit. This is also usually done in just a few business days before you can come here to pick up! They also have valet parking in the adjacent lot, but they offer parking validation for guests of the store.

Every staffmember I have encountered at this store is so friendly, knowledgeable about their product, and helpful. I love their workout clothes(for cycling as well as Pilates), jackets, and just about everything else. Yes, parking can be a pain b/c the lot is so small, but I can’t complain since I normally just walk over.

Yes, their clothing is super pricey but well worth it! Their yoga pants last forever. I must have washed them literally over 100 times. Don’t forget to check out their sale rack — sometimes you just find a steal. The store is always clean and everything is organized. The staff are plentiful and always available to help. Their tailoring services is great too. They have temporarily moved across the street in the soup plantation complex while they remodel their store and should be moving back shortly.

I like to say lululemon is life changing… and I’m pretty sure everyone(at least ten people) who I have introduced/forced lulu on would agree. If only I got commission from this place! Lulu really makes the best leggings and sports bras around. Though they may be pricey my mom always taught me to buy a few expensive things with great quality as opposed to a bunch of things with okay/bad quality. This is definitely true with regards to lulu and exercise wear. This location has a few parking spots which were always occupied and that was before another store was built on the property so who knows what it will be like in the future.

I am a fan of lululemon in general, though I would say I’ve experienced friendlier service at other lululemon stores. I think I just appreciate it when the sales associates are more attentive. Idk, maybe it was just that when I happened to go in, the sales staff was less friendly to me and attentive. However, I will say that the one sales associate who was at the fitting room was very helpful and nice. And the actual store is very nice, and on the slightly roomier side than some other lululemon stores I’ve been too. Overall it is a nice store and the free valet is pretty cool.

They are so helpful here. Every other couple of minutes I get an associate asking if I needed help or I was looking for something. Got a nice black warm up top for $ 29, marked down from $ 99. SCORE! They offer valet here, but you can also park on the street/residential area and walk. It’s just located in a very busy neighborhood(car-traffic wise) and you may miss the location. This one has a different look to the other ones. I almost missed it. However — need to come and take some yoga at Lulus :) Hello? Free yoga!

I am an outdoorsy REI kind of girl so stepping into a Lululemon felt a little out of place. However, I was on the search for new running or hiking pants and Jeannie J. is always raving about her Lululemon purchases so I decided to see for myself. I entered the establishment on a weekday night and encountered friendly, helpful service. I tried on a ridiculous number of pants but somehow didn’t fall in love with any item enough to part with that amount of cash from my bank account. Based on all of the reviews that I’ve read, that simply does not happen. People ALWAYS leave this store with a purchase. The prices are pretty steep. A pair of sale pants cost $ 80. Just by trying them on I couldn’t figure out what warranted the cost besides aesthetics. I did like the fit of the dance studio pant but I spend most of my time outdoors in direct sun and I’d prefer a fabric with UPF sun protection, which none of Lululemon’s pants come with. I could see how that wouldn’t matter in a gym or yoga studio. I was amused(but not surprised) that crop pants ended up as long pants on my 5’0″ frame. There were definitely pants I liked but I wasn’t a huge fan of the frilly ruffles and butt-accentuting excess fabric. It would get in the way of my backpack. Maybe this is just not meant to be. I am all about utility. I still haven’t actually committed to a purchase yet but I figured the friendly staff, free hemming, and free yoga warrant a glowing review.
