Manicures & Pedicures To Go

I initially spoke with Victoria over a week ago about scheduling a mani-​pedi appointment for my sister who is home-​bound. She was very nice. I scheduled an appointment but I needed to cancel the day before because my sister needed a blood transfusion. I left a message on Feb. 3 (4:45 p.m.) and again on Feb. 4 (9:45 a.m.). No call back. I am very disappointed as my sister has been through a lot lately and I know she would have loved this pampering. For $ 125 you would think they could use the business. On to find another service more reliable.

The company provided a manicure and pedicure in my home for my 83 year mother who has medical related leg and foot issues. They came when scheduled, were highly professional, very gentle, and extremely respectful/​sensitive to her special needs. They did a wonderful job with their portable system which was very clean. I will use them often for my mother and I highly recommend them.
My mother had great things to say and she is very hard to please!

My husband arranged a home pedicure for me for my birthday since he was out of town on my birthday. She came with strawberries and chocolates for me as well. Loved my mani pedi.

I had a bad experience. Perhaps this was a one time unlucky exception, however I was disappointed. I booked 2 techs for 2 hours to give «mini manis and pedis» to my guests. The woman I booked with said that it would be no problem to add time if we needed more than 2 hours.
The techs arrived with no supplies to do the pedicures. I asked if they could run to the store to get what they needed and they said no. I asked if I could provide what they needed from my house, but they said no. I asked them what could be done, and they said only manis that day, and since it was sunday, there was no one in charge that I could speak to about a price reduction for my inconvenience.
I wanted to cancel right then and there, but decided to keep them sInce my party was already going on, and I didn’t want to disappoint my guests. As a compromise I asked them if they could offer foot massages and color change for the toes. They said they would, however my guests said they didn’t do the massage part, just the color change part.
I communicated my disappointment 2 days later to the woman I booked with. She said that it was a miscommunication and that she didn’t feel that I should have any price reduction. She said her staff told her I was rude to them and that they were not even offered water. (I told them I would be happy to get them anything they needed at the party, neither one asked me for water or anything else)
I probably won’t go through the trouble of reversing any charges through my bank, but I just wouldn’t hire this company again. I entertain quite often, and many of my friends do as well. I had hoped to use them in the future if this time went well, however if I decide to have mani/​pedi’s at future parties, I would definitely go with another company. The concept is great, but disappointed in the execution as well as the customer service afterward. Didn’t want to let it spoil my party though, so I didn’t!

Candice spent one hour with my 87 year old mother giving her the best pedicure she ever had. She was kind and gentle and brought her amazing mobile salon right into her room at the board and care facility.
I can’t say enough how grateful I am to have found her and this service. She was on time and left my mom with a beaming smile!

My mom was in the hospital and in need of some pampering. I was skeptical because so few reviews, but I booked anyway. They were incredibly accommodating and my mom said she absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for taking care of my mom. Will be using your services again! Thank you Victoria!

This is an excellent, reliable company that I found on Unilocal.I am a disabled man unable to get out to a salon, so having service like this at home is fantastic. They make every effort possible to ensure cleanliness and bring absolutely everything they might need. I’ve seen them twice so far and have them on a repeating schedule. They are personable, polite, and do the job right. I highly recommend.

I met Candice some years and she’s always been emaculately dressed in her uniform, professional, and on point. She was a vendor at a spa party of mine and she did a great, natural manicure, protecting my nails and cuticles and those of the other patrons she served. She’s on point.

Within days of having major surgery, I received exquisite manicure services in my very own home, on my couch, by Manicures and Pedicures To Go. What a gift!!! I was treated like royalty. Very professional and attentive. All I had to do was sit there. The owner is amazing and has such a beautiful spirit. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Not only did I have a fantastic experience with my services, but, an indelible impression was left on me and my family as well. I will be calling again soon!!! Candice was wonderful! We threw a baby shower for our friend and decided to treat out guests to a manicure. Not only did she give us a great mani but she was so lovely and nice. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use this service again.

I was in LA on business I called Manicures & Pedicures To Go and within two hours my hands & feet were clipped, cleaned & masculinly groomed. Their uniformed technician was polite professional & thorough. Highly recommended!

Great service. She came to my home all prepared. She was gentle and thorough and neat. She used natural products including polish that is vegan! And she has a great spirit. I felt like a celebrity. And the price is right.
I have another appointment in 2 weeks.

I gifted the services to my husband for Father’s Day and he said it was the best and most pleasant grooming experience he’s ever received. Candice was punctual, pleasant, sanitary and very organized. I will definitely be referring and rebooking :)
