I ventured into this shop today because it was convenient; close to my job. BIG mistake! I don’t know the guys name that did my full set. He said that he had only been there for 1 month and that he came from some Nail Spa in the Fox Hills Mall. Well, I asked for a short set and he said ok, no problem. Well evidently there was a problem, the acrylic was applied uneven on all of my nails, each nail was shaped differently and don’t even mention the polish job he did, HORRIBLE! He claimed that because I wanted a short set, it was hard to shape them! WT? He had a patron that came in as I was getting my nails done and he started rushing and boy did he mess up my nails. Never again

I walked out once because the wait for a brow wax was getting much too long, but today’s experience tops them all. I waited 30 minutes and was finally seated. Then Sarah started talking to this lady sitting nearby and realized she’d been waiting for two hours. «She already paid» she told me, and said that lady had to take my spot. I walked out. Will never return. Sarah is the only one who does brows, so the wait is always unreasonable. But 1. not noticing someone has been sitting there for a long time and 2. asking someone who is already seated to get up and give someone else their turn? Unprofessional, ghetto, ridiculous. I will also go out of my way to tell people not to go there.

Used to be a regular but not any more. This place is where I would go for nicely shaped acrylics. I ignored the fact that they wrap their pedicure buckets in a plastic trash bag then fill it with water. I overlooked the white build-up that encrusted each technician’s various tools. I even held my breath during the times that employees would microwave their lunches and eat the right next to me. I ignored soooo much, until a few weeks ago. Joe literally filed each side of my nail beds until they bled. 6 out of 10 of my fingers were bleeding by the time he finished applying the full set. He even had me soak my fingers in water to help with the bleeding. I told him he was moving waaaaaaay too quickly and that he was stressing me out. Sometimes as he’s filing my nails he looks off in the distance while still going HAM with the nail file. Meaning– he doesn’t watch what he’s doing yet he moves at about 120 mph. So stressful. He blamed his errors(aka the open-wound-inducing filing of my skin) on «sharp nail files that someone put in my drawer». As though that would somehow make me feel better. He apologized profusely– but what can an apology do to reduce fingertip swelling, bleeding and possible infection? Absolutely nothing. Even the lady who was doing my pedicure kept asking me if I was ok. She saw the pain and anger all in my face and body language. Honestly, this establishment should have already been shut down by the board of health. The guy doing my full set was touching my blood which was dripping onto the sides of my fingers, then touching his utensils. I had to tell him to give me a tissue to soak up the bleeding around my nail beds because iiiiii was grossed out by him touching my blood so casually. He was unbothered. My blood is definitely still on all the tools he used on me. What if I was HIV positive or had AIDS? Thank GOD that’s not the case, but this establishment is truly putting people’s health at risk; something needs to be done about it.

Poor customer service and very disorganized. They forget who’s next in line and usually upset at least one person because of it. My daughter requested a polka dot design and when they took it upon themselves to start painting with colors I didn’t ask for, they got major attitude and starting speaking their language to each other. They’ll never get another dollar from me!

This place is very unclean and unfriendly. I’m upset with myself for not walking out after seeing that they re-use the buffer for pedicures. The Lady I had was rude, cut my cuticles painfully, and wasn’t experienced at all, when I asked her to fix her mistakes she had major atttitude. Never again will I go to this place. I’m tempted to call the HEALTHDEPT on this spot. This place doesn’t deserve a 1 star.

This place is ghetto, and service is horrible. The quality of work done on feet looked as if a four year polished them. She painted all over my skin and when she was done I thought she was kidding and going to fix her mistakes. no that wasn’t the case. Her attitude was also horrible, as I asked her to fix my polish on the big toe and requested square. The place is not clean and I’m all grossed out. NEVER returning :(

I love this place because they use OPI nail polish, which tends to last longer than the other cheap nail polishes you will find elsewhere. However they hardly have any new colors they tend to have the same colors every time I go. It also gets crowded on the weekends but what nail shop doesn’t. Its a great place!

I have been going to this salon for years. I drive down from North Hollywood because I have yet to find a salon who does the same quality of work. Pedicures done best by Tina or Julie.

This salon is disgusting. It is so dirty you feel dirty being in here. The woman forgot to use a base coat on my toes. When I asked her to she said«Oh you want that?» They use those pedicure buckets and not chair. I don’t recommend this place at all!
