Due to bad luck this is the second time I had to take a car in for body work and I immediately went to Marina Auto Body. The experience during the first service was so exceptional and out of the box there was no doubt I would take my car in to them again. John Frederick assisted me from the get-​go with the service need and insured I was kept informed through out the process. My car was delivered on time and in mint condition, it looked brand new again. He also arranged to have my windows tinted again by having that team come to my home. Got to say I hope I never have to personally use a body shop again but you can bet I will refer family and friends.

A business with employees that are checked out mentally. They released my car to me before the Christmas holiday in an unfinished, dangerous condition. After they had it for 2.5 weeks! If I had got on the freeway at high speeds with my wife and child it would have been very, very dangerous. When I returned the car to them I received no apology, just defensive excuses and a bit of weariness/​quietness. The guy didn’t even want to test drive it, I had to force him to drive it so he could see that it would not drive straight. I said, «No, no you need to drive this now.» I shouldn’t have to do that?!!
I had to walk back home, 20 min. Then I went back at the time I was told it would be done, and the car was still not done, so then I had to walk back home yet again! In the middle of a work day! The car still doesn’t seem right. I just don’t trust people who would endanger my wife and child and then shrug about it…

We’ve had our two cars worked on numerous times by Marina Auto Body. These people do expert and excellent work, and make the bodywork process as painless as possible. Best and most efficient body shop I’ve ever hired.

Unfortunately, I can’t speak to the quality of work because I couldn’t get past the front desk receptionist. She was really rude and didn’t seem to care about having my business there. She quoted me 20 to 25 minutes so 35 minutes later when I asked how much longer she simply said 5 to 10 more minutes. I would of appreciated some effort from her like maybe talking to someone about my wait instead of shooting out blind estimates. They aren’t the only body shops around and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

The quality of work was great, but what really separated my experience was the extra attention. Prior to my arrival Marina Auto Body called to confirm my appointment and let me know what to expect. When I arrived they were ready with my paperwork and the process was quick and easy; they even offered to drive me to the airport. While I was away, and my car was being worked on, I received several update emails about it’s progress. The service is top notch!

Easy review because they made it all so easy. It was an insurance claim (the other guy was at fault, btw) so you never know if things will go smoothly. A phone call, a drop off, friendly communication throughout the process (3+ weeks), keeping me in the loop.
The quality of work was excellent. No evidence of the previous damage. The paint match, the finishes, everything like new. It really was as good as it gets. I would absolutely recommend!

This is the first time I have had to take my vehicle to an auto body shop here in LA. The Marina Auto Body was close by but I had some reservations like other dealings I have had with auto repair shops in previous areas where my wife and I have lived. But from the moment I arrived at the shop I could tell this was a well run organization. Fernando was my contact and he was extremely professional throughout the experience. Everything was easy and timely, from the rental car hookup to the communication from the staff to me regarding all phases of the repair. My car was returned washed inside and out with a flawless repair job on my rear bumper. This is the only place I will deal with if I have the unfortunate need for body repair in the future. Knowing that Marina Auto body is there to help will make the experience as effortless as possible. Great service.

If I could give this place less then one star I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS GOD AWFUL SHOP. Recently I got into a car accident and the other drivers insurance company recommended this place. I took it to Marina Auto Body and they told me that my car was 21,000 dollars in damage and that it was totaled. Luckily, I didn’t take their word for it and I took it to another shop for a second opinion. Turns out it was only 12,000 in damage and it was easily fixed. If you want to go to a shop where they deceive you by telling you your car is totaled so they can strip the parts and make a fast buck, this is your place. The staff there are all morons.

Horrible experience at MAB. My mechanic suggested this place and told me who to see. Made an appt. with specific rep. Drove across town to meet my appt. time. MAB double booked… not a problem, I was willing to wait for rep that my mechanic suggested. After ten minutes, was told that I would have to meet with someone else, the person I requested would not be available, at all… for rest of the day, regardless, of my willingness to wait. Yohanna Peet could have diffused the situation with more care, instead, she escalated it. Noticed all the favorable reviews… must be a select few, I was treated poorly, and wasn’t allowed in the club.

They were great all around. My car came out beautiful and shiny. They worked with my insurance company. The only bad part is the enterprise rentals. At first I thought how great they’re right here. But then what I had signed and agreed to pay for extra insurance more then doubled at the end. They were not at all clear. They say only $ 75 for insurance and actually billed me for $ 210. So you may not want to use there rentals to be safe

Marina Auto Body was simply amazing. Their staff was professional and friendly from start to finish and I never felt like a number. I took my Nissan 350z convertible in for a new front bumper and I was concerned about a rental car and price fluctuations as I was paying cash. No worries. They gave me a professionally prepared estimate and the rental car service was right there in the shop! Everything was ready for me when I arrived to drop off my car for repair and every step was explained to me and my car was ready exactly on the day they promised! I was very pleased with their service and workmanship and I got my car back shiny and clean inside and out! I highly recommend them.

This was my third experience at Marina Auto Body. When my car needs body work I do not consider taking it any where but here. From the person that answers the phone to the person that brings your car out when it is finished, professional all the way. Their work is outstanding. Enterprise Rental works in tandem with Marina Auto Body in taking care of your transportation needs while your car is in the shop. You tell them what type of car you want to rent and they have it there for you at the auto body shop. Great business partnership. This time was a minor bumper issue. They did a great job for a reasonable fee but treated me with the same consideration as when I spent a great deal more. Very highly recommend

This place is amazing! From their exceptional staff down to the mechanics! I brought my MZB CLK-​320 in on Monday and had out on Friday. I felt like the guy in the Allstate commercial who wrecked his car into the fire hydrant and took it to the body shop and his baby was like new. That’s how Marina Auto Body makes you feel :)!
I would recommend this place to anyone who cares about their car to go here. Thank you again Marina Auto Body!

So surprised by 3.5 stars… I have had my car repaired here twice before and both times I experience the upmost care and wonderful service. It’s a family run business and you truly feel it. Stan, his brother, his wife Peggy and their son Brian. All of them go the extra mile to take care of you and your car. I just recommended this place to a friend who was looking for an autobody shop. Even though I’m no longer in the area, I would still drive across town because I trust these guys 110%.

Got my ride back. Been here for body repair twice and both times a fantastic job. Customer service is excellent — in person and on the phone. Everyone is always so congenial. Love how they keep you posted on your repair with photos and status via e-​mail. Enterprise Rental Car is on-​site so very convenient. Highly recommend this establishment!

I am very skeptical of who I let handle my car repairs. So this was not easy for me to do. But I had my car in and out earlier than the estimated time. Keep in mind, I had minor cosmetic and internal damage. So it was definitely a quick fix. I dealt with Mike and he was very nice and raised important concerns that I could handle if I choose to. He also called me to update what was happening with my car. His written estimate was spot on which was appreciated.
I went in during the weekday after 4pm and it has been empty every time. But I’m sure the rush hour is during the day on weekends. Small driveway so they do valet. If anything, find street parking.
