I absolutely love the Agua Chiles! They are the best and hottest, actually I request them Extra Hot and boy do they deliver… The only ones I’ve had that are the same as here is when I make them… But why bother when all I have to do is come here instead… My husband loves the ceviche de pescado and we both love the empanadas de camaron. They have an «A» letter grade, are friendly and try to make the orders as quickly as they can. No matter what time I come there’s always people so that’s always a good sign for me.

Dont expect anything fancy because this is a food truck. Food is served in plastic plates. You either stand while eating or grab an available chair and eat on the sidewalk. They serve seafood so dont come looking for carne asada. Lol. My go to orders are always the shrimp empanadas and tostada de camaron. Yummy.

I crave the food from this truck on the daily. Everything I’ve had here I’ve loved. This is a seafood specialty truck, so your options are seafood, seafood, and seafood. We order the shrimp empanadas which comes with a side of their home made green chile sauce. We mix a little bit of their mayo in to calm the heat of it down. However if you can stand the heat, go all in!
When the dude craves something raw, we go for the aguachiles; raw shrimp slices of tomatoes cucumbers and red onion. Another fav is the ceviche, if your hesitant to try anything else here, the shrimp ceviche is a good starter. However I like the mixto ceviche which combines shrimp, fish, and octopus.

There located with in Paxton and close to Herrick by a storage place unit ! Seriously there empanadas are to die for, I recommend coming and trying the shrimp empanadas and the Aguachiles there really good ! There hours and times may change so it’s best to call to see where there located :)
