History

Established in 2014.

The newest acquisition of The Auto Gallery group, Maserati and McLaren Beverly Hills’ Service Department is located in West Los Angeles on Granville Avenue. Our facility is equipped with the best material and technicians to ensure your vehicle receives the utmost quality of service.

Founded in 2001, the Auto Gallery group now runs eleven franchises and seven service departments in the greater Los Angeles — and recently a McLaren facility in Scottsdale, Arizona. We currently operate authorized dealerships for Porsche, Audi, FIAT, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, McLaren, Pagani and Lamborghini.

In 2014, the group acquired Maserati of Beverly Hills and Van Nuys FIAT, adding two showrooms and two service departments to the list. 2014 is also the year where The Auto Gallery opened their third McLaren dealership in Calabasas and participated to the re-​launch of Alfa Romeo in the US.

Nobody is ever looking forward to going to a new car dealership that first time your car decides to stare you down with a check engine light. Luckily for me, I was greeted by an extremely friendly and energetic girl named Ivy who made sure I was comfortable with some coffee and comfy seats for the few minutes I waited before meeting my advisor, Leo. I explained that the check engine light came on out of nowhere and some things were acting weird with my car since. He assured me they would take care of the issue and update some things from Maserati quickly. He also was able to get me a nice rental car from Enterprise since they were out of cars at the dealership, which was important since I didn’t want to be stranded for the weekend. After a couple of days the issue was found and fixed, updates were applied, and my car was detailed and ready for me to pick up. Once again, Ivy was just as chipper and quickly got my information squared away at the desk. Also, unlike other dealerships I have been to in the past, Christian brought my car out immediately even though he was clearly very busy — no wait at all! This was pretty important to me as I was rushing to get to a dinner and at other dealerships this had taken me 10 – 15 minutes of waiting around after paperwork was done. The car looks and ran perfect right away. Very happy with the service here and all around great team to help me know my car will always be in good hands here!

Normally it’s pretty annoying having to take your car in for servicing, but the team here it made it as pleasant as possible. Ivy was super courteous and continuously checked in to see if I needed anything while I waited and the service staff had my car ready two hours ahead of schedule. Great work!

I just had my car serviced at McLaren Beverly Hills and it was truly a bad experience. The receptionist barely looked up when i walked in and they were not friendly. I was largely ignored until I spoke to Lou about my service. Not so friendly either. There were no «loaner» cars available so they called Enterprise. I sat there for 20 minutes and no one showed up. I had to complain before a guy appeared and drove me to Enterprise. Then Lou called me the next day and told me my car would be ready at 230pm. I arrived at 2:25pm and was told the car had not been washed so «could I wait another 20 minutes.» Clearly they have no consideration for my time. I am really disappointed and probably will not lease a Maserati again if this is the level of service I can expect.

I’ve had my Mclaren serviced here and have always had a good experience. All the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Wont be easy to find parking on the street if you’re looking to park a second car, but the service ctr is secured and gated. Open, no protection vs rain. Complimentary car wash is always nice, but not much effort goes into it as some spots remain… communication is good, but if something emergent comes up it may be challenging to get a response immediately… Most importantly, my car is always take care of, all the updates are done free of charge but everything else is… well, mclaren pricing!
