Hello. I’m Paul Polsinelli, Center Director of Mathnasium of Silverlake, your neighborhood math-​only learning center. We help kids in grades 2 – 12 understand math by teaching the way that makes sense to them.

Paul P.

Business Owner

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Paul joined the US Air Force as a helicopter mechanic at age 19. He was stationed in New Mexico, the U.K., and Italy and earned two associates degrees during that time. After his service he returned to study history and after completing his first novel became a member of the Writer’s Guild of America, East, for his work on a televised music awards show. He moved to Los Angeles shortly after and now, with his wife Minet, has opened Mathnasium of Silverlake to make a difference in the trajectory of American math and science.
