Matt is friendly, and does amazing work, but I must say hopefully I will never need to see him again, in a good way. I can only hope that our society can somehow open their car doors without slamming them into other cars, namely mine!

Went to Matt to fix a couple of dings in my Ford Focus. Matt was very responsive and was able to give me a quote after I sent him some pictures of the damage. I took the car into a body shop and they wanted 4x what Matt quoted me and they wanted the car for 4 days. I took my car to Matt and 2 hours later the he was done. Matt did a great job you can’t even tell there was any work done. Going forward Matt will be my first stop for any dents or dings.

My brand new Mustang got a horrible dent/​ding about the size of a quarter on the top rear fender. I found Matt on Unilocal and called him. He asked me to send a picture of it and he called me back right away and let me know that he could fix it and gave me a good price. He told me I you won’t be able to tell it was ever there. We made an appointment right away and to my surprise when I picked up the car less than two hours later you could not even see where the dent was. It was like magic!
The BEST thing was he didn’t have to drill any holes or damage any of the vehicle to access the area. The first body shop told me they would drill a hole in the door frame and I didn’t want to do that with my new car. I am so glad I found him! Hopefully I never need him again, but being in Los Angeles I probably will.

Hands down one of the best experiences ever. I’ve used Unilocal for almost a decade and have never been so inclined to write a review. I returned to my car yesterday evening to find that someone had done some serious hit and run damage on my car’s rear bumper in the parking lot of ucla’s hospital where I work. Big deep hole. Looked really expensive to fix and wasn’t too inclined about fixing it. A quick Unilocal search and I founds Matts shop yesterday evening. the reviews looked great so I gave him a call while walking the dog this morning, asked if I could send him a pic of the damage, he gave a number to txt the pic to and he called me back in a couple minutes with a quote that was literally too good to be true and would not leave me eating ramen for the next couple months. I would have been happy if he just made it halfway respectable but he made my car look like new and also did a bunch of touch ups elsewhere on my car for no additional cost. Not to mention he washed my car and vacuumed it as well which was totally unexpected. All of this done in less than an hour while I ate breakfast at the Denny’s just a couple blocks away! Matt is the epitome of affordable, fast, efficient, and quality customer service. He turned what was initially a painful experience into a wonderful and very satisfying one!

For quite a while, was on the lookout for a Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) shop until I came across Matt through Unilocal.Whilst initially I had my own reservations about PDR having no experience with the procedure however, was quite impressed with all of Matts 5 star ratings that came with it. Flashback a few weeks ago, unfortunately my Honda CRV got a small ding in a sardine can-​like parking lot inside a mall and the culprit just did not care less.
Which prompted me today to drive all the way from LA to Matts home/​shop in Woodland Hills for the necessary repair job. Matt came as a very transparent guy with his dealing and more importantly a pro with PDR process. In several minutes the small ding was no longer visible. Will come back to Matt to do PDR on any dent/​ding that may (hope not) occur in future. Will recommend Matts services to friends and coworkers alike!

Late review (sorry Matt) –Before I begin, my garage door fell on my brand new car. I have asked various PDR guys. Most did not want to take on the job or reply fast enough. But I went to Matt and he was very kind and professional! Some guys didn’t respond on time or didn’t sound like they were good enough to take on the task where Matt was the opposite. Some guys were just pure a-​holes or said it was a two day job. Matt was very nice and said it would only take 6 – 8 hours. Anyways, he did my car and went beyond what I have asked for. He finished it in less than 6 hours! I don’t have photos of the before and after but take my word for it, it’s like the damage never happened. I would send anyone his way. By the way I was a former body guy at a body shop and knowing my experience Matt was beyond excellent!!!

I was late for the appointment yesterday but Matt was very considerate and still accommodated me. The moment I saw him I knew he’s a nice guy and we would get along pretty well. He fixed a minor dent on the driver’s side of my car, he took a good look at it and went straight for the tools no run around and BOOM! He fixed it in less than 10 minutes it was so quick I didn’t even notice the dent was gone. The best part is it didn’t leave any trail or mark it was completely gone, like 100%! I highly recommend Matt, he is very experienced, absolutely knows what he is doing, does the job fast and charges you at a very reasonable amount no body shop would be able to match. Just for reference you can text message him the picture of the dent for free estimate and he will respond right away. Excellent job Matt and again, thank you for your help you’re a true life saver!

Matt is a great example of why I love Unilocal so much. He operates his business from home, and does very little marketing (if any at all). Without Unilocal,I never would have found him. Yet he is truly a diamond in the rough.

Some idiot dinged my car in the parking lot. Left no note, which is par for the course (I guess). They dented the body of the car right around/​above the tire. I sent pictures to several «Paintless Dent Repair» businesses, and got one estimate from a local body shop. The body shop quoted me $ 1200 (and 4 – 5 days), and out of all the PDRs I contacted, Matt was the only one who was willing to give it a shot. Nobody else thought they could repair it (because of its location).
I dropped my car off at Matt’s house the next day. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and talented at his craft. I got the call that he was done, within an hour or 2 after dropping it off. I had no idea what to expect. I was so relieved when I saw the results. I would say he was able to get about 90% of the dent out, saving me about a thousand bucks.
Matt is truly the man. If you’ve got any dents/​dings, I would strongly advise you to reach out to him, first.

Once again, my Tesla S got an unsightly ding, this one right on a body crease near the left rear wheel well. I called Matt, who had removed some previous dents in my front hood and he agreed to look at it the same day over my lunch break. Once I got there he said he could do it right away so I only had to wait for about a half hour before my beautiful car looked like new again. He’s a magician.

i didn’t directly do business with this establishment but the man who picked up the phone was MORE THAN happy to answer my questions and even gave me a favorable estimate for my repairs based on photos i sent him. he recommended another body shop but all in all, his attitude was friendly and i can see why this place has so many good reviews!

Between deer failing out of evolution, random projectiles on the 101, and teenagers who don’t realize they should stop when someone in front of them is waiting at a red light, my poor little Prius C has had its fair share of dings in the three years I’ve owned it.
But thanks to Matt Sprouse, this is not even remotely a problem.
Matt’s competence, efficiency, and integrity have neutralized some pretty unsightly shots to my car’s body. When I texted Matt right after my most recent fender bender the other night, he responded right away and we made an appointment for a bit later in the week. After two hours of work, he returned my woefully damaged rear bumper to its original shape.
I can’t recommend Matt highly enough. He’s a first-​rate alternative to the exorbitant cost of replacing whole parts through a body shop.

I was so upset when I walked back to my house after taking the rubbish out to discover my new Ford Explorer had a substantial dent on the passenger side door.
