Specialties
At maximum Output we specialize in using various forms of training ranging from martial arts, resistance bands, body weight and free weights to create a unique training experience that is safe effective and fun. It’s designed to challenge you and teach you how to utilize your body to achieve your maximum potential. We’re all different so we can’t all train the same. Together we’ll customize movements based on your current levels of strength and flexibility that will enable you to successfully and confidently execute. My goal as an instructor and coach is to have all of my athletes really understand the entire process of movement and training. Training is working out with a purpose and the more people understand the how’s and whys the more likely they’ll be able to keep the progress they make with our time together. It’s very important in the process to have a clearly defined goal. Even if it’s something as simple as having fun. I don’t like to focus on a weight goal. I think sometimes the look and feel of what people imagine doesn’t always match up with the magic number in their mind. Getting into a swimsuit for the first time in years. Going rock climbing, looking the great on your wedding day. Feeling stronger then you have in decades. With proper diet and training all of these things are possible. With the proper focus and understanding of the process they become sustainable for the rest of your life.
History
Established in 2009.
Maximum output has existed since July 2009. Techniques learned from ta lifetime of training for athletics martial arts, and physique competitions aided in the creation of my style of training and teaching. My background helped me learn to learn to condition the body in different ways but also to teach people how to understand what their bodies are truly capable of.

Business Owner
I Began my athletic journey as a martial artist when I was only a child. I later went on to study Physical Education and fine Art on a full athletic scholarship at the University of Arizona. There I not only got some of the best coaching for development of athletic strength but I also began to from the philosophy of what would become known as Prototype training. What Prototype training has become is a system of training with a organic flow designed to achieve multiple results in the same training session. Allowing you to customise the body for a specific look and ability simultaneously. To this day the program continues it’s evolution and I’m feel like I’m the luckiest man in the world because I get to meet and help people achieve their goals utilizing both of my courses of collegiate studies every day. Utilizing movement and design skills to create a unique training experience every session.
