I recently rated this business badly… I take it back honestly. I sent them my pictures and the file did not work for some reason and I assumed they were making my pillow. However, when I went to ask they were able to make my pillow in no time ready for fathers day! Thanks guys :)))

Great service, great product!

I came across this website a little while ago and went through their portfolio a couple of times and was really impressed, they surely have a lot of creativity and their designs are really edgy and modern, so I decided to purchase one product because one never know the quality itself until you can have it in your hands. Needless is to say I fell in love with it, beginning with the presentation of the package when it arrived to the product itself. I can’t say enough about the quality, the speed, the attention to detail and the effectiveness of their work. Now I’m a faithful customer and can’t wait to get more stuff. I highly recommend this company.

Stumbled into Maxwell Dickson last ArtWalk and was well worth my time. The pieces are hip, stylish, and perfect for my loft downtown. The layout of the store also helps imagine and define what you can do with your own space which I liked a lot. I was particularly taken by their coffee tables and feel they may have the best selection of the galleries I’ve bounced into.
They also do a great deal of stretching photos onto canvas which I had not heard of or seen before and am a great fan of. Trying now to figure out which of my pics I will immortalize on my walls, will be back there again soon once I do!
Prices seemed commensurate to what quality pieces would run, and ownership of something that fits and brings pleasure is always a good deal.

I ordered from here before via a groupon promo and was very happy with the canvas print. So I ordered another canvas print on 3÷21÷13. No communication from MD regarding a proof, order status, etc. so on 04÷11÷13 I emailed MD.
They did respond the same day stating my «order fell through the cracks.» Finally got the proof and then received the final product on 04/​19/​2013. No invoice or anything else came with my print and it was packaged poorly.
Due to he horrible customer service and subpar packaging I will go elsewhere.

A lot about this company seems very out of date. I would call and get their voicemails a lot. It seemed they could not handle the amount of business they were getting. When I would contact them, for a question or a comment, it would take at least a day for them to contact me back. Nowadays companies have customer service reps that are very quick and efficient with the growing of technology. Also, if I needed to change something with my order, I would have to wait a day to get a response or a confirmation…

I enjoy photography and what better way to show off your work than with a canvas right? Well, the answer is yes, just not from Maxwell Dickson. I received my canvas only to be disappointed, not only with the work, but with the customer service. Although the proof provided looked great, once we got the actual print it was messed up. When we contacted the company they insisted it was the resolution of my photo… and had nothing to do with their printing. So you are telling me, even though the proof you provided me was perfect and most of my canvas looks great, the large pink circle that is in the middle of my blue sky is due to my resolution? I may not own a printing company, but I also wasn’t born yesterday. Here is a customer service tip for you, don’t immediately place the blame on your customer… last time I checked, that is your main source of income.

I ordered online through SharingSpree for a canvas print and was a little nervous since it was large and they were shipping it. I received it last week and it was gorgeous! Such amazing quality and packaged well. Thanks!
