Mb Picasso Body Shop

Good body shop. I broke off the mirror on my car and needed it fixed fast. They had the part the next day and returned the car to me washed.

I was recently in an accident in 2015 BMW I was referred to Picasso many years ago as always they did a superb job on my car!, their customer service was awesome they explained what I was to expect during repair process of my vehicle!!! I highly recommend them hopefully I won’t need them too soon Lol!

I’ve lived in LA for 5 years and have been going here ever since. I even have a warranty for my car at BMW but this body shop is the only one I trust. The manager is the nicest man and has always helped me in desperate times. Very reasonable prices and great service! I tell all of my friends to go here. Thank you for always being there for me and my car!

The Only Ethical, Trustworthy Mechanic In Town.
A colleague of mine swiped my car pulling in one day and there were scrapes of black paint all along one side of my car.
I drove up and down Beverly and 3^rd collecting estimates:
$ 1400 — Beverly La Brea Auto Body
$ 1100 — Kevork Body Shop
$ 1100 — Greg’s Exclusive Body Shop
Then I went to Picasso and Robert offered to clean up the paint first to see if there was any real damage. Nope! He had one of his workers take 5min to scrub it was paint thinner /​acetone and off it came. At no charge it was beyond affordable!
I hope this review sends others to him, it’s the least I can do for his honesty and the fact that he saved me hundreds of dollars.

I brought my truck here after it was vandalized for a paint job and Mb Picasso did an awesome job. It looks brand new as if I just left the dealer. The car was completed in a timely manner. Thanks Robert

The best body shop I’ve ever been to. I think they are called Picasso because my car looked like a work of art after they were done with it. The level of service is amazing and the shop is super clean. I went to every body shop between La Cienega and La Brea and Sunset and Venice and these guys gave me the best price and got me back my car in three days. Everybody else said at least a week and wanted to charge anywhere from double to triple more. Robert is very polite and charming. They even have a Picasso image hanging on the wall in the office. They are on 3^rd street across from Joan’s. I hope you never have body damage… but, if you do., these are the guys to go to. Polite, efficient, great service, incredible work! I have a 2011 Cadillac CTS and somebody keyed my car. It’s like brand new.

My recent experience with MB Picasso was very positive. I rear-​ended a brand new Mercedes G55 Wagon last week. The owner of the vehicle really wanted to work with me and allowed me to refer her to MB Picasso. MB Picasso has worked on my fleet vehicle several times over the past two years and every time I have had a great experience. Let me tell you, both the owner of the vehicle and myself were WOW’d by the meticulous attention to detail of the vehicle and quick turn around time. All Mercedes original parts were ordered within 24 hours and they kept me in the loop about everything. This high-​end luxury vehicle looked better than it did before and I am not exaggerating (they waxed it). From my experience I can now say that the work done here is better quality than a dealer. I drive over 50K miles a year and have seen a lot of work done over the years to my vehicles. Also, Robert, the owner, provided me with some of the best customer service I have ever received from any type of business. He has contacts all around the city that clearly respect him and it helps to make the entire process smoother. Thank you Robert.

Picasso did a great job in repairing my car. Excellent body work and paint. Robert (the owner) and Miro (the manager) were straightforward and communicated well. They dealt effectively with my insurance company. One can tell they have a lot of solid experience. I recommend them.

I brought my 1993 BMW 325ic to Picasso Body Shop because there was a problem with the door hinge and my driver’s side door would not close at all. They treated me extremely fairly, fixed it immediately and charged me a reasonable price. I have returned numerous times for various issues and have never been disappointed. The owner Robert and manager Miroslav are some of the most honest people I have ever encountered in the car business. I would recommend them to my best friend and my mother.

Do NOT use MB Picasso. They are a bunch of liars, thieves, and crooks! I got in a car accident and was solicited by a tow truck driver to move the car. He brought it to MB Picasso without my permission and charged me a $ 300 tow bill.
The next day I found out that because my car was leased, I had to take it into a certified BMW repair shop instead of having it worked on at MB Picasso. Keep in mind I have signed nothing that authorized MB Picasso to charge me any amount of money. The only thing I had with MB Picasso on it was the tow bill saying that thats where it was being towed to.
In this period of less than 36 hours, MB Picasso billed my with bogus $ 75/​day storage fees THREE TIMES (one for a portion of the night it was towed, and then the next day, and then a part of the next morning as this was when the other tow driver could get to it — Although Robert from MB Picasso swore to me that he would not bill me a third day). On top of that, they also charged me a $ 150 bogus handling fee. So total, they did absolutely nothing or me and scammed me out of $ 600. Whats worse is that they were cash only and I had to pay them to get my car, or they would keep charging me $ 75/​day fees.
Im in he process of filing suit in the small business court, but I just wanted to warn you guys so you do not fall into the same trap that I fell into. My expired AAA membership would’ve saved me this $ 600 headache and scam. Robert, if you are reading this, I hope you get whats coming to you. You’re a thieving con artist and should be put down.
TL;DR: DO NOT USE MB PICASSO! You WILL get SCREWED. HARD.
