I saw Barfbag Leslie do a solo electro DJ set here and it was very hot and exciting. Such a fun space to see such a luminary express herself and her art. I did get a piece of toilet paper stuck on my shoe whilst in the bathroom, otherwise I’d give it 5 stars.

Def one of the hawtest venues in the burgeoning Downtown LA District. Been around for over 30 years now and still kickin’ — from punk rawk to techno beats — he’s a colorful array of tastes and styles. Bonus! Korean friendly, and in fact, welcoming to all cultures. Like a zine wrapped in a mix tape, wheat pasted onto a corporate billboard, this place takes your expectations, throws them in a Ninja blender, turns the dial to «froth» and and serves them up icy cold on a tray of your hopes and desires, delivered by a buxom cocktail waitress with a penchant for perfection. Drink up, zip down and come again and again. Sure to delight!

Mdogg Walsh is an amazing performance venue that has been delighting audiences for nearly 3 decades. He’s known for booking a rainbows variety of emotions; from surly to jubilant. Thought the venue is small the honesty and dedication of the acts he presents are gigantic. the bathroom is small, yet clean. service is not so great, kind of slow. dress to impress!
