I’m so disappointed with them! After researching for a Family Physician with my work’s HMO insurance, I settled for Dr. Brian Prestwich and the relatively new Metro Health Station(est. Jan 2015). It is one of three with intentions to build more along the metro route. My first visit was typical and full of paperwork. I thought the provider could be my husband and my long-term family doctor as a fresh new start but their service got worse and worse. Who cares if the building is new when their patient care sucks? I would NOTRECOMMEND going here for any medical services. Why? — If you want to see them for an issue, they don’t give you an appointment but asks you to leave your phone number and someone will call you back to schedule. — They only see patients and take medical calls 2 – 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, even though they keep saying they’re open 9−5pm M-F. — They have PT and Dentist receptionist trying to be the Medical receptionist but can’t help with things like copays, appointments, and questions. — I was suppose to get an authorization for ultrasound from the nurse from my first visit but that never happened — They also don’t do any ultrasound procedures in their office — For Blood Tests, you have to go to a draw center which is another facility and another line to wait in — They said they eRx a prescription to my pharmacy but pharmacy never received anything so I have to wait until 2−3pm the next day to talk to someone and ask them to resend the eRx. Basically they don’t have their sh*t together and seems like they’re focused on expanding their corporation rather than on quality patient care. I’d rather put up with a rude receptionists/nurses from an established office than nice incompetent staffs who can’t do their job right. They need to fix their flawed workflows and company structure or else their decreasing patient volume will cause a downward spiral of less revenue, less clinic hours and even less patients.

I was so happy with my visit here! The staff was incredibly friendly, listened to me, and took a lot of time with me talking and getting to know me. I got to see the doctor, a physical therapist, and a social worker all in one visit! The place looks awesome and they have really cool equipment, like a machine that showed me where my muscle was distributed on my body! I am absolutely telling my friends to switch here
