Business Owner
The company is owned by Jo-Ann W. Grace and Roger M. Grace (married since June 19, 1966). They are co-publishers of the Metropolitan News-Enterprise.
Both are active members of the State Bar of California, and have been admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
Jo-Ann Grace has served as a vice president of the State Bar of California, president of the Italian American Lawyers Assn., treasurer of Foundation of the State Bar of California (founding fellow); board member, Los Angeles County Bar Foundation (life fellow); chair, Campaign Watch Commission, League of Women Voters, Los Angeles.
The Graces have been honored the the Southwestern University School of Law as Outstanding Friends, are on the Board of Directors of City of Hope, and are members of the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Roger Grace is on the Board of Governors of the Society of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick and Board of Governors of Italian American Lawyers Association.
