I recently lost one of my favorite earrings and found Michael K Jewelers on the web site of the earring manufacturer. From the get-​go, Michael provided excellent customer service. He’s very communicative, accessible and went out of his way to get this earring for me and it was a very small sale. Based on my experience, I can only imagine how attentive and professional he is with all of his customers. I live in Austin, Texas so everything had to be done over the phone and by email. I was very impressed by my experience. I hope I can work with him again.

Michael did the impossible! I was all set to propose, only thing is, I didn’t have a ring. My fiancé wanted a particular ring from a particular designer, and the window to make a grand proposal was shutting fast. Michael answered the call and got me the ring in perfect time. The customer service was the best, not just for jewelry stores, but for business in general. The amount of emails and calls I ended up making to check everything was on schedule was probably to the point where I was annoying. Michael handled everything with calm determination, and reassured that everything would be there on time, and he was right! Basically, I got a ring in a matter of 4 days. Not easy. I would recommend Michael K jewelers to anyone, even those who are out of state such as myself. He will have my business for a long time!!!

My husband and I recently moved to LA from Texas and were looking for a jeweler who could help us replace my damaged engagement ring setting (which was purchased back in Texas). I read Michael’s glowing Unilocal reviews and we decided to visit his shop and see what he could do.
From the first phone call, to the numerous emails, through the design process of my ring, to the last visit when I picked up my finished ring, it was 10 star service!!! Michael runs a phenomenal business and truly cares about the service he provides.
Michael helped us to work with our insurance company to get our claim filed, eased us though the design process to make sure my diamond would fit perfectly in a new setting, and kept us informed while we waited. The ring was even finished well before we were expecting! When I finally picked up my new setting, I was speechless. My husband and I were totally blown away. The whole process exceeded our expectations and I ended up with a DREAM ring.
I know that we weren’t the easiest clients to work with, and were very picky with how we wanted our ring to come out. We so appreciate Michael’s patience and very quick responses when it came to phone calls and emails. THANK YOU Michael for everything!

Michael was the best! My husband worked with Michael to create a custom engagement ring that is truly beautiful and unique. Because we were so happy with how it turned out, we worked with Michael on the wedding bands as well. Michael is professional, knowledgable, and very warm and friendly. He made the process easy and fun. We weren’t stressed at all and everything was done on time. He also has a huge variety of rings, and is really good about making suggestions that fit your style, personality, and budget. I highly recommend him :)

My fiancé purchased a beautiful rose gold diamond ring with a halo setting from Michael. It had lots of tiny diamonds that sat on top of the band as well. Unfortunately within the first two months of being engaged, one of the tiny diamonds fell out not once, but twice! Frustrated, I brought it back to Michael, who told me I could pick out a new, more durable setting at no extra cost. I ended up with a channel set band (which is supposed to protect the tiny diamonds better) with a single diamond (no halo) set in four prongs ~ So far, so good! I really appreciated the exceptional customer service Michael gave us, and we plan to go back to him for our wedding bands. Word to the wise, it may look beautiful, but those little diamonds are very delicate and impractical for a ring worn every day. If you’re going to get them, go with the channel setting!

Everything about Michael K Jewelers is 5 star — customer service, quality, product, cleanliness, the list goes on. Once you walk in, you already know Michael pays close attention to detail. He provides full service to whatever you need. Got my watch band replaced by him and I keep coming back.

My husband purchased a custom engagement ring from Michael that I absolutely love! From there I had him take my mothers wedding band and customized it with a few additional diamonds and it turned out beautiful!!! I’ve purchased earnings, necklaces, rings and each piece gets tons of compliments. Today I went in to pick up custom piece I had made from a single earring (lost one) to a ring and another beautiful piece!!! During our visit to pick up the order my husband treated me to 2 rings for a early Valentine’s Day present and I cannot wait to show them off. Each piece is unique, beautiful and fantastic quality. Michael is a great honest guy and I’ll never by jewelry from anyone else! Wish there were more stars to give on this review!!!

My fiancé and I went to Michael K Jewelers 2 weeks ago to look for my fiancé’s wedding band. Michael was so friendly and helpful. He’s very good and fun:) we not only bought a wedding band but a gorgeous turquoise — topaz pendant. We both really enjoyed our shopping experience at Michael K Jewelers. Went in to get my ring sized today. Very nice gentleman helped me without any questions. He didnt try to push me to buy anything.
Very nice selection of diamonds and precious stones. Very clean too. I would definitely go back if I needed to buy any jewelry.

Michael was absolutely wonderful. He had a wide array of men’s wedding bands and was very knowledgeable. Most rings are custom but he had many options to choose from in different metals. My fiancé, soon to be husband, is thrilled with it and can’t wait to wear it forever! The band was ready much quicker than expected and Michael accommodated me and my busy schedule so I could come pick it up.

Selection of items are elegant and fabulous, and customer services provided were beyond satisfaction. I went in for a engagement ring, and worker was very thorough in explaining their products, and gave me an excellent recommendations. Very nice place for sure

Michael is an absolute maestro! He custom designed the most gorgeous, unique, and flawless engagement ring with my fiancé. I had the pleasure of working with Michael to design an engagement ring this summer and had a great experience. I had a few ideas in mind when I came to the store and with just a few pictures and some discussion I was able to convey my idea for the setting and select the diamond I wanted.

When I began my search for an engagement ring, I was clueless. After many many hours of researching online, I began to shop around at various jewelery stores. The more I looked, the more I envisioned what I wanted, but was unable to find exactly that. I was also having trouble fining Jewelers who were good at communication and replying to my emails.
I found Michael K on Unilocal,and decided to send him an email since he had such great reviews. He literally replied to my email within 5 minutes, we then went back and forth over the next half an hour. As I imagine many men wait until the last minute, I too was under a time crunch as the date I had chosen to propose was fast approaching. I sent Michael some photos, he quoted me a price that was more than fair for a custom made Platinum ring with 12 side stones, and said my timeline would be no problem. I was so happy to find a reputable jeweler who could custom make the ring I wanted that I left work early so I could go meet him in person and make the final arrangements.
I brought him some printed photos of what I liked in a ring. He took the time to go over each image with me so I could be specific about which part of each one was important, and took lots of notes on my preferences.
2 weeks later, he called me to say the ring was ready to pick up. He was able to take the exact image I had in my mind and create the perfect engagement ring for my (now) Fiancé. I could not believe how perfect it was because I’m sure my description was not nearly this good.
Michael is of a rare breed, a shop owner who truly cares about what he does and making sure his customers have the best possible experience in his store. His custom rings are perfection, and you can tell that he puts as much energy into making sure the ring is perfect as you do. My Fiancé and I will be going to him to make our wedding bands, and sending all of our friends his way when they find themselves in that wonderful position to be ring shopping. Do yourself a favor and stop into his store for a quote. I promise you won’t need to shop any further.
