Mike is not only an independent personal trainer and nutrition consultant but he is also a fitness boot camp instructor. He is very diversified in many forms of training to better suite each and every goal that you have for a fit and healthy lifestyle. He has worked with people who all have different goals but all have one thing in commonthey need Mikes help to get to that goal. Once they begun training with Mike their goals were achieved. Mike has worked with people who have health problems such as high blood pressure and diabetes and need to get into shape in

order to put those health issues under control.

History

Established in 2007.

Mike has been in business full time since 2007 and has worked with competitors in bodybuilding, fitness, bikini, cross fit, weight loss; injuries such as broken necks, broken backs, damaged rotator cuffs, ACL, MCL, knee and hip replacements; health conditions such as high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, sarcopenia, scoliosis.

Before he was a personal trainer he was a nurse for several years and also studied physical therapy and injury rehabilitation which he applies today with his training for his clients.

He covers all of Los Angeles but is primarily based in the Hollywood and West Hollywood area and also has another gym in West Los Angeles.

I’m a PROPTA certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant with 10+ years of experience under my belt which will help you achieve your goals, be it weight loss and tone, strength and size, or athletic enhancement. I’m confident if we put in the work together, we’ve got what it takes to help you get where you want to go. My training style varies from work out to work out. No two training sessions are the same as I believe in shocking the body, and keeping it guessing which will prevent it from hitting a plateau. This will result in consistently getting another step closer to achieving your goal. I have a diverse clientele, ranging from the mother of three kids to the active businessman to the athletic fanatic. My clients also include individuals who are trying to manage their weights and lifestyles without rearranging their lives around the gym. Some of my clients are already in the ideal shape and are just looking for someone to help push and motivate them.
