I recently went to get a routine oil change and The mechanic working on my car, Sam, informed me that I had an antifreeze leak. Turned out my radiator was cracked. I’m so grateful to have received that information in time as the situation could have worsened. Now I’m back on the road with a healthy vehicle

Brought my car here to fix my muffler that was falling off. They have the best customer service. As a woman its intimidating going into a shop alone but the staff made me feel welcomed and safe. Very clean and you can easily see your car being worked on. Mike Jr took great care of me! Will be recommending this place and I will be coming back in the future

Great group of guys. Immediately greeted me. More than 1 person asked if i needed help. Great prices and fast service. I barely installed it today but will definitely give a more detailed review based on my resonator delete and added chrome dc sports tip.

I dropped my car off because I was told it would be fixed the same day or that it would be ready by morning of the following day. I called the same night of dropping my car off to get an update on my car. I was told that it would be ready the following morning. I went the following morning and they didn’t even touch my car. The shop probably had way more work than they had planned to get but don’t promise something that you can’t deliver on.

Juan thanks for your professionalism. Went in today for a muffler delete and went to test it out but it was clearly too loud. We tried a resonator and I learned that I was happy with what I had coming into the shop. Juan put back my original mid muffler and was always thinking about the customer during the whole experience. Definitely will be coming back and. Appreciate the speed and honesty here. Thanks Juan!

This place is sick really nice lots too see and do and you get too sit inside the garage and watch your baby get worked on. It blew me away how great my car sounds with custom piping done and I I did my research and they exceed name brand sound and performance I’m glad I made the choice to go to mikes and have my car beefed up two managers are awesome and the free drink for checking in was good to calm my nerves from the excitement. Definitely come check it out will be back soon for an intake instal and hopefully a blow off valve as well: D

This place is great. The whole staff there super helpful. Got a flow master installed on my 2014 silverado Z71. These guys went above and beyond choosing the right set up for me for a. great price. Will be coming back here for all future set ups.

These guys are awesome! Went in today to get a better sound on my Chevy Cobalt and they offered to show me all the muffler sounds since i was undecided. They take their time with their customers and are very professional when it comes to customer service. I left extremely happy with my choice. Was in and out in about an hour. Very cool place. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone that is trying to modify their exhaust. Thanks Guys!

1. I paid like fuckin $ 200 for a muffler delete
2. Tips for insane $ 70
3. Since muffler delete had problems Mike Jr told me to buy the magnaflow muffler and that caused a huge rattle in my cabin on low RPM. $ 100.00

Came here today and got both my car and my friends car done pretty quick. Everything was bolted on good and the prices were reasonable. It was a bit of a drive from long beach but it was worth it. The waiting area was pretty nice.

I did a muffler delete at this shop recently. DONT DO IT! In my particular case (Lexus iS250 2015). Was not a good idea. They should not be recommending this! They persuaded me to do it over after market mufflers. The sound is ok. But it drives terribly! I lost plenty of low end torque due to no back pressure that the mufflers use to produce. They recommended it over doing a dual after market exhaust. The reason why is because they charged $ 300 to just cut the mufflers off, weld a couple feet of new pipes within 15 minutes. I called another shop and for $ 300 I could’ve got a set of aftermarket mufflers (dynomax or magnaflow).They said it would drive the same and said it would sound so much better. It sounds descent and drives like crap. I’m having my stock mufflers put back on this weekend at another shop. I went here because of all the other good reviews. The guy who cut my original dual exhaust (which I kept, and you should to) just cut it off and dropped it on the ground knowing I was keeping them. He left them on the ground after the job was complete for me to pick it up and load it in my trunk myself. A muffler delete should cost no more then $ 50-​$ 100 the most! They made 95% profit off me. I should’ve went to another shop and got two after market mufflers for the same price I paid for this simple muffler delete. And, they wanted to charge me another $ 80 to put my stock mufflers back on when I called saying I wasn’t happy with it?!! Rip off! I do not recommend this shop at all. Better pricing and quality work out there.

I decided to get my flowmaster outlaw catback exhaust installed at this business because of the stellar reviews.
I was greeted by one of the workers, he is always in the office in the morning I believe until he is relieved by a female staff. I spoke with him and informed him that I called and got quoted on the install. I informed him that I spoke with the owner (mike) and he stated that the installation should cost from $ 1-​$ 5 (just an example).
The guy told me that I would have to get my exhaust welded so that it would cost $ 5. I knew that the exhaust did not have to get welded so I double checked online and verified that in fact the exhaust did not HAVE to be welded. So I talked to the guy who was going to install my exhaust and asked whether the the exhaust has to get welded or not. He stated no and that he never said the exhaust had to get welded. So I confronted the first guy and he said to hold on that he would go ask the installer. After couple mins, he returned and said that the exhaust did not have to get welded. (This should have been a red flag to get out of there). The fact that he just wanted to charge me the most was infuriating.
Later on, the installer approached me and showed me the clamp he just broke off. He stated that it is common for old clamps to break off and that he had to weld the mid pipe. If it is common to break off, you would have told me in the beginning that it had to be welded… Not after you break it.
After the installation, I spoke with the female staff and asked if she could lower the price because it was not suppose to be welded in the first place and that the installer broke the clamp. She said that I had to pay for the work that was done. Worst customer service.
That same day as I was driving the vehicle I was able to hear some strange noise coming from under the vehicle. In addition, that same sound appeared when I started my car (cold start). One of the exhaust tips was sticking out more than the other too.
I took my car back and told them about the situation and the installer (same guy who installed the exhaust) told me the tips were the same size. I told him no, that I could clearly see it is off. Then he said that it would be $ 20 to get it corrected. So at that point, you are saying that I am correct… why would I have to pay extra to have you fix something you messed up in the beginning.
The noise problem was because there was a leak in the midpipe, the welding was done properly.
I would not recommend anyone to this business. I’m sorry MIKE for writing this review because you seemed like an awesome person but your staff members are just horrible.

This is now my second visit here. Ultimately, I prefer to make appointments as a courtesy to the technician for any service I need. However, I needed an oil change prior to a road trip and I needed to do so before work.
I called a day ahead, let them know my car make and model and what service I needed, they not only accommodated me by opening earlier –so that I made it to work on time — but they also made sure they had everything ready for today.
I would’ve hated taking it to a jiffy lubes. Glad it worked out.
Waiting room is awesome, very clean, organized. This place is top notch.

First off I like the fact that I was greeted right away. Friendly staff. I went in for a routine oil change. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The prices are very reasonable. Free beverage with a Unilocal check in, that is just going above and beyond for the customers. I will return for any new maintenance.
