Miracle Nails

This is one of the most unprofessional nail salons that I have ever been to. I expect that if I am paying, I should get quality service but instead since I verbalized any complaint about a single nail needing to be redone, I am labeled a «picky customer.» I literally expressed to the male technician (Devin) that sits in the front that my index finger needed to be more narrow to match my other nails and instead he brushed off my suggestions and proceeded to paint my nail without fixing it and then was upset that I wanted him to take the polish off so it could be redone. The other fella there reshaped and repainted it for me instead and did it the way I wanted it. After the same nail and another broke again, I proceeded to go back and was told that they can’t do it for me because I’m picky! What ?! He also told me that he does nails how he wants to do it, not how customers want him to do it, literally his own words and that if I didn’t like the nail he wasn’t going to take the polish off to redo it. Are you serious bitch, one fucking nail and you want to act like a fucking dick over that. You work at a NAIL SALON! How basic us that of a request! Basically, put up or shut up! The other times that I didn’t review about were also a pain ! Who takes off a customers nails without filing them down first? Devin does, and why does he? Because «it takes too long» so he rather rip your nail off with cuticle clippers because it’s more logical and easy for him! Fuck this place, they told me I should go to the salon I used to go to before, because of the reasons above. Fuck them, they scrub everyone’s feet with the same pumice stone and their salon looks like shit and it’s because of childish unprofessional douche bags like short lil ass Devin, fucking petty ass b****! Anyone that turns down money for there own laziness deserves to lose business, fuck them. They don’t care if the customers happy, they only care if they are happy and who the fuck wants to pay someone like that to do their nails. If you don’t mind a sloppy ass, careless job, GO here, it’s perfect for you! I was going there for convenience but I’m sorry I ever gave this shit hole a chance!

Where do I even start. The ladies there are beyond rude. I went to get a manicure and a lady called me up but when I told her I wanted acrylic nails she told me to go sit back down because she couldn’t do them. So I kept waiting and finally another lady helped me. She sat me down and not even 5 minutes into her cutting my nails she got up and went to do a girls eyebrows who just came in. She kept doing the same thing again and again it got annoying. Also I asked her for a dark burgundy color and she started painting my nails a violet color even though I had said I didn’t want that color I wanted a darker one. That lady still had the decency to yell at me and tell me «Well those are all the colors I have!» So I told her fine I don’t want to get my nails done anymore. After I told her so she got up and came back with the color I wanted. I also went with my mother in law and she asked for thin acrylic nails and they left her nails all bumpy and thick… At the end when I was paying another lady charged me and got mad because I left a $ 1 tip which I shouldn’t of even left cause they didn’t earn it but the lady was all up on me seeing how much I was gonna leave and after I signed the paper she screamed only $ 1?! Why only $ 1?! Like honestly they didn’t even deserve a dollar and she was still yelling at me then she started speaking in her language and looking at me. So So So Soooo rude NEVER going back and neither should you. They should hire new friendly people there.

This place use to be good especially prices. However the last fee times I went service was horrible, what I got done was sloppy, and overpriced. I specifically wanted a certain design on my nails and she said she couldn’t do it. It wasn’t anything difficult. When she finally noticed I was getting really upset she sent for someone else to do it. It wasn’t great but it was better then nothing at that point. On top of the trouble to get them to do the design I wanted they charged like forty dollars for the sloppy work. I will never go back and suggest you do the same! Avoid this place!

It’s a little beat up in there but the work that they do is awesome and you can’t beat the prices

Eyebrows we’re great and on point. Been coming here for quite sometime and girl always does a good job. However it was my birthday and decided to get a manicure and horrible decision ever made. Half asked manicure I asked for clear coat and girl ignored me. Before I was attended I was ignored because I’m a male the manager had ask me if I needed help after 15−20min of waiting. I work for Samsung what if I had a corporate visit? We get looked at head to toe. Will never come here for a manicure and will be going back to happy nails in west hollywood for that specific service.

Worst experience ever. Came out with a manicure half finished, I decided not to get my nails polished since the lady was taking so long to finish and my 1hr lunch ran out. Also walked out with my fat toe in pain, since she did actually cut my skin! To top things off, I’m guessing they decided to paint the walls, while all the customers where in there and the whole place smelled and gave me a head ache.

Aweful not only I had to even out my nails &request cuticle softer to b used on me they cough an attitude Never Again! !!! The worst nail shop I’ve been to they don’t deserve not even 1 star but I gotta to post this

i came here for a manicure and the lady that work on me did a really good job on my nails and eyebrows wax. They recently remodeled the place so its nice and clean. I’m definitely coming back! oh and of course i should mention that its only 10 bucks for a manicure!

This place has gotten a transformation, feels welcoming. Workers are friendly and skillful. And did I mention cheap! definitely got my money’s worth, and who would had thought an asain store to accept ATM. Thanks! Will be seeing me around :)

Terrible manicure. Had bubbles and everything, I had to get another manicure somewhere else a few days later to fix it. Don’t go here. Only thing is they’re cheap. !0 dollars a manicure.
