Best dry cleaner I have ever used. These guys are everything I want in a cleaner — fast, efficient, affordable, reliable, thorough and convenient. The home pick up and delivery is amazing. They’ve even been able to accommodate rush jobs at no extra charge the couple times I’ve needed them. If anyone ever asks me for a dry cleaner this is the place I recommend.

These guys are great. They quickly did alterations to my pants and I went in to get a suit tailored instead of immediately saying what was wrong they said it fit so well. I didn’t need tailoring. They are honest and they have fixed a number of rips in my clothing. Good job

After losing my clothes which were worth about $ 250, the arrogant ugly owner offered me $ 40 in free dry cleaning. Really? Let’s try to put this into perspective: You stole $ 250 from me and you want me to trust you with something else worth real money to take another chance on you? I’m not falling for it again! Beware! Stay away if you don’t want to get burned!

This place does a good job but their prices are highway robbery. I wouldn’t do anything but launder shirts here. They charge $ 5 to launder a woman’s blouse and $ 10 for a dress! I assumed it would be reasonable given their affordable shirt washing prices but this place charges more than my old place in west Hollywood. Ridiculous!

Competitive prices and great service! I took five of my husband’s suites here, and when they saw me outside struggling with a one-​year-​old and an arm full of dry cleaning, someone met me on the curb to help me carry the load in. Also, there’s easy parking. The clothes came back clean, and contents of the pockets were packed neatly and securely in a little bag.

Good location for this SoRo neighborhood, kind gentleman in the front office, prompt service and the clothes look great; they honor most coupons which makes them customer focused and more affordable!

Not happy with my recent experience using their tailor. Somehow the simple job of tapering and shortening a pair of jeans, turned into my pants being butchered. I ended up taking the pants to a more trusted tailor, and they turned the pants inside out, showing me how uneven the tapering job was. The price was cheap, and I should have assumed that the quality would follow suit. I must say the tailor also has a bit of an attitude. The rest of the cleaners staff is very friendly and accommodating however. That being said, this is not a bad cleaners if you are going there purely to have your clothes washed/​dry-​cleaned, but I give the place one star as they should be aware of who they have working behind the tailoring counter.

Hands down the best cleaner and tailor this side of Los Angeles. The location is so convenient and I love the friendly staff. Although I’ve never used the service, it’s nice to know that they offer pick up and drop off service as well.

I had almost given up on cleaners all together until I found this place. Just figured they are all thieves that lose and ruin your clothes.

Clean, friendly and reasonably priced. Dry cleaning services are good, and I’ve also used their tailor to alter some pants, which was a success. They offer coupons online that seem to always work.

From the time Mitage Cleaners moved to the Beverlywood area, I have not used another for my dry cleaning needs. Not only are their prices more than reasonable, the quality of service both in care for my clothing and friendly customer service are outstanding! There is no question in my mind when I leave an article of clothing there that it won’t get done to my specific needs and standards but that it will also be done in a timely manner as is always promised. If ever there is an issue (I think maybe once in so many years) I’m confident they will do whatever they need to make it better.
If you live in the area and are not already using Mitage, I highly suggest giving them a shot, for you will be more than happy!

We’ve been using Mitage for a year now and have been very happy with them. Polite, fast service and very well priced. Clean facilities with on site cleaning. Also, I like that they give you recyclable bags to carry home your clothes. Not only is it much easier to carry to car/​inside home, it’s very environmentally friendly compared to using 3 – 4 of those thin plastic bags almost all cleaners use. I think the best in the area, north of the 10. Highly recommended!

I love this place! They have friendly staff that remembers my name and I can always request next day service. My clothing always comes back perfect and all accounted for. I moved to Alhambra over a year ago and I still continue to bring my clothing here. Plus they deliver or pick-​up from my office.

Very happy I choose this dry cleaner to take care of my wedding dress. I bought my dress used and it was very dirty at the bottom.
They took care of my big, tulle dress. It came out beautifully for a decent price ($ 140). The dress has tons of beading and crystals on the bodice. And it was not damaged.
Took a little bit longer than they said (over. 2 ½ weeks) instead of 2. But I think that was because they were thorough.

Do not ruin your clothes! This is the wrong dry cleaner for your clothes! Mitage cleaners must have trainees doing the work in the back, because I took a fine garment, a Prada coat (worth $ 1,600) and it was returned with white creases from the ironing. Completely ruined! Didn’t anyone teach them that fine garments get steamed cleaned and steam ironed? Save yourself money, time and your clothes.

After ditching Robertson Cleaners for poor customer service, I decided to give Mitage a try. My wife sends a huge load of suits & other fancy stuff to the dry cleaner every other month or so, and I’m usually the taker and dropper-​off.
Besides having zero problems with the service, I am particularly writing to commend Mitage for removing stray cash from a pocket, placing it in a little bag, and attaching it to my wife’s clothes. Speaks very highly of their integrity and business ethic. We’ll be back!

Here’s the deal, folks. I used to live right down the street from here, and have since moved to West Hollywood where cleaners/​tailors are seemingly every other business. Yet, I still always make the drive back here whenever I need alterations done.
Mitage is the absolute best place to go for tailoring men’s clothing in this part of L.A. They’re incredibly friendly people and always greet you with a smile when you walk in. The best part? They do great work and they’re incredibly cheap. Alterations that might run up to several hundred dollars at some of the pricey shops in WeHo/​Mid-​City can be had here for less than $ 75, and even less if you have one of those 20% off coupons that they send out in that blue «valpak» thing.
I’ve never gone in just for dry cleaning, since I can trust the many cheap cleaners in walking distance of my apartment to do that, so I can’t speak to their prices in that area. However, the suits that I have tailored here are always cleaned and pressed perfectly.
The only warning that I’ll mention is that you need to go relatively early in the day if you need measurements done, since their tailor is usually gone by around 2 PM.
Bottom line: this is the only place that I’ll go in L.A. to have my suits tailored. They do great work for an even better price. Don’t trust the sketchy places or department stores to do your alterations – take them to Mitage!
