Over the past 30 years the expansion of the global marketplace has made the art of negotiation more complex. There are often fewer vendors in a supply chain and the old methods of price-focused negotiation are not as effective (for sales or procurement professionals) as they once were.
All negotiations are not the same. Negotiating at a market in Shanghai is different from negotiating with a long-term supplier or customer. Our program builds off these realities to train business professionals for the global economy of the 21st century.

Frank Mobus has long been recognized as a leading authority on the subject of business negotiating. He has been conducting seminars for leading companies, in the US and abroad, for the past 32 years. Combining an advanced academic degree with years of experience in training and consulting on negotiating, he produces the most advanced negotiating programs in the world. Frank Mobus has worked with the top firms and companies in every sector and industry around the globe. Mr Mobus graduated from University of CA, Irvine and went on to earn his Masters degree from NYU.
