First of all I dont know why this Scott guy put a 1 star review this place is amazing! People who put 1 star reviews are people i think that truely want to destroy the shop. He has freaking lifetime warranty on the places that are fixed so its basically free of cost fix for going back! Maybe he came here with the previous managers but right now the new manager Gerson is awsome! Gerson is very patient and spends as much time as needed with the customer. The owner of the establishment was there as well and he was super informative about the body repair process and was super helpful. The owner had lived in america for over 40 years and has a lot of fun life stories. Talk with the owner he is freaking hilarious!
Had to go to this shop a second time due to another accident. Luckily both accidents wasnt my fault. Have to say love the service again. It was a bit hectic this time since the shop seems to be pretty busy but still excellent service and lifetime warranty on repaired car. Whenever i thought there was something wrong with my car i always come here since they take care of you really well especially on places that they previously fixed.
I was a bit shocked at how much came out but they photo document everything they found and actually have proof in what they did. Also it is nice knowing that the repairs they did on the car was using new manufactured items. Highly recommend this place and staff is really helpful. Freaking ¹⁰⁄₁₀ for the amount of care they put in other peoples cars! And on top of that a free car wash with polish and everything!

Looks like too much bondo was applied. Paint starting to fall off and door is making noises when open and closing. I do not reccomend this shop!

This review is long overdue, but the service was so good I had to come back on Unilocal and write one!!! I had scratched my car pretty significantly and was worried that i’d have to repaint the whole thing, but one of the guys came over and reassured me that he could cover it up easily by polishing it. Best part? They did it for FREE :) super nice people! And it looks brand new~

I was recommended by few of my friends to come here to get my car fixed after a minor accident. My friends say this place has great customer service and the staff are very knowledgeable and sharp. Man, my friends were definitely right! I was greeted with friendly staff right when I entered the office and was seated in the customer lounge with a cold beverage. I was helped very quickly and was helped by Mr. Kim. Mr Kim provided me with a detailed explanation of what areas that my car needs to be fixed and estimation of the cost, plus recommendations. Overall, my experience here was positive. I would come back next time if I had any car problems. Thanks!

I recently had to go back to this place to get my car fixed again, for the same accident that happened what seems like ages ago. This time, my experience was a hundred times better, and I also had the opportunity to talk with the owner and clear up past misunderstandings I might have had. After this visit I was ready to erase my past review completely, but realized that I cannot undo what already happened. What I can do is write an update review to show others how well they were able to redeem themselves as an establishment to me, a stressed-​out person who is ready to get past this accident that happened last year.
First off, I was able to have a nice, funny conversation with the owner. He was able to explain to me what was the cause of the past events that lead me to write my other review. Turns out it was my insurance (MetLife) who has been taking their sweet time and being very inefficient. Long story short, the body shop had to call my insurance about 30 times for various reasons as opposed to the average 2 – 3 times.
Secondly, my insurance took so long to do their part that the rental coverage from my accident had exceeded. That meant that I had to pay out of my own pocket for a rental to fix this new problem we had discovered. A problem the insurance adjuster should have recognized and dealt with when the accident first happened. Thankfully, the owner was nice enough to cover the rental because he was just as much ready as I was to put an end to this accident that has caused us so much headache. I really appreciate that the owner did what he did even though it wasn’t his fault.
Lastly, everyone at the body shop was very friendly and nice despite my «jalapeño» attitude which they were unfortunately on the opposite end of. When I apologized by my past behavior, the receptionist was very nice and understood where I was coming from. This really meant a lot to me knowing that how much of a temper I can get when I am stressed out.
Before, I would have told you that you were crazy to even think about going to get your car fixed at this shop. After my last experience, I would say this shop is somewhere I would recommend you to get your car fixed at despite my prior experience. Why? Because despite what it might cost them as a business, they took the initiative to acknowledge and fix problems. They also do what they need to do to keep their customers happy and satisfied. For these reasons, I am now ready to update my review to give them a rating more fit for them.

I was really surprised when I saw that the only other rating for this place was a 1 star. I had a really good experience. My insurance (allstate) gave me their name when I got in an accident. They called me early the next day. They were suuuuuuper friendly. The owner, who’s name I forgot (Korean guy), was like talking to an old friend.
They kept me informed during the whole process which frequent phone calls, got me a rental car for $ 20/​day which was super cheap, and when I picked up my car, I didn’t even have to drop off my rental. They just said «yeah leave it here and we’ll take care of it.» A few days after I dropped off my car, they gave me an estimated date it would be ready and they were right on with the date. I would recommend this place to friends or family.
They also told me that any of the work they did has a lifetime guarantee for as long as I own the car which seems pretty good. I paid my deductible and they handed me the keys. For getting in an accident, this went really smoothly. Thanks Modern Auto Center.
