Although the price to park here is dirt cheap ($ 5.00/day), it’s not worth it because the attendants who manage this garage are straight up idiots. I was told that they garage closes at 7pm and needed to get there before that time to retrieve my car. I got there last night promptly at 6:45pm to retrieve my car only to find that the attendant had left early & that the gate to the garage was with no way to get in (the gate required a pin code, which I did not have as I am not a monthly parker). I don’t know about anyone else, but 6:45pm is not the same as 7pm. If any business is going to tell me that they are open til 7pm then someone better fucking be there at 7pm!
I called the number on the parking claim ticket and of course, there was no answer. If a driver hadn’t been exiting I never would have been able to get my car out of that fucking garage.
Furthermore, the attendant had left my keys on top of one of my front tires and didn’t even hide it all that well because they were visible. Someone could have easily stolen my car out of that garage. So not cool.
Summary in short, unless you enjoy being stranded, lied to or stress out easily, don’t park your car here. There are lots of other cost effective parking lots in the range of $ 5 to $ 6 a day in the immediate area, however, I have yet to try them and see if their service is any better.
