Mr Boba

A pikachu N64 edition with smash brothers for your entertainment, got uno cards, jenga, and some other card game I can’t recall. It’s a chill place to hang for a few. I personally like their coconut strawberry boba, and their mango slushie is a bit perfume-​y to my liking. To each of their own.

There milk tea is not creamy. It’s pretty bitter and more tea based. Not a big fan. Would not recommend

Atmosphere: Clean, brightly lit, and theres games to play with a group of friends like JENGA and Uno. Parking is not free during peak dinner hours. $ 2 valet!
Service: Service is sweet and fast. The lady is kind and got me my drink by the time I sat down back in my seat.
Food: I ordered a milk tea with boba. The milk tea was darker than I’m used to and it tasted a little different. But different isn’t bad. It had like maybe a mocha/​chocolate hint to it. The boba was cooked nicely and wasnt hard. Nothing about the drink blew my socks off, I might come back and re rate this place higher by getting another drink to compare the milk tea to sometime.

Very good place. No complaints. Great décor. Speedy service and tasty drinks. We ordered a Jasmine Milk Tea and a Strawberry Watermelon Slush… both with boba. Boba was nice. Came here midweek in the AM and parking was good, although I’m sure it could be an issue during peak periods.

I’m in love with all the smoothies I have tried so far. Much better than other bobas places.
Plus: They also have some games available to everyone like Jenga, Uno and even a Nintendo with two controllers. So it’s a nice place to hang out with your friends on weekdays!

Boba place with a modern vibe AND Parking. Selections create anxiety to choose a flavor. Hot or cold… the treats here are Aaaaawsome. Inside is very clean and some outdoor seating make for a nice rendezvous vous with conversation… or to pick up a quick sweet topping after KBBQ glutony. Oh yeaaaah!

Delicious Boba!!! The Coconut Milk Tea is awesome and the Pistachio Frappé is so good that you HAVE TO get a large!

Great place if you want to sit down and drink some boba. The drinks are well blended and taste good. I’ve tried almost everything the watermelon slush would be one of my favs. There is always space to sit down but sometimes it can get busy, but the employees do a really good job making your drinks in a timely manner. They deserves a tip always considering it’s just two of them always working. Good customer service. Great drinks. Nice place.

I brought a group of 28 of my students in for a treat in a random Monday night and I really appreciated the warm welcome and helpful nature from the nice woman working the cashier. She said that she was the sister of the store owner.
She had a lot of patience working with such a large group. She was all alone at the cashier and worked to ensure our order accuracy.
The drinks and treats were all good.
Highly recommended!

Very good boba! Had honey milk tea with boba ! It was amazing ! It’s on the sweet side but that’s how I like it, the place was clean, the staff was very nice, reasonable prices

Came here after eating at KBBQ and just stumbled upon it. Got the thai milk tea with boba. The thai tea had a good strength to it and wasn’t overwhelmed by the condensed milk and the boba was very fresh and chewy.
I also appreciated the boba to tea ratio (I don’t like it when I have a bunch of leftover boba and no drink left). All in all I would come back and try their other drinks!

It’s a love/​hate relationship.
— I love their drinks (my «go to» is the iced honey lemon black tea, but I have tried others in the past).
— It’s clean, the employees that work here are always cleaning inside and outside the patio area.
— Free wifi and plenty of outlets inside. (The patio area does not have outlets.)
— Overall, their patrons are teenagers and families that come in groups. This can be inconvenient if you are looking for a quiet place to study, but they usually leave fairly quickly after finishing their drinks.
— They provide fast and friendly customer service (Hi Pancho!) and the fact that whenever I forget my frequent buyer card, they are not annoyed that I forgot, but always give me a new one. This creates havoc in my wallet, but they later consolidate into one or… two if the first one is full and I am saving it for when I can’t afford it… which leads me to why I hate them.
I am officially addicted, broke and incomplete without them.

I love the prices here! Cheapest I’ve found in Korea Town. 3.95 for a regular smoothie. And they have a very large selection of drinks with an easy to read menu. The owners are really nice too.
But one of my favorite parts about this place is the décor and atomosphere. Bright colors contrasted by earth tones. Lots of seating inside or out. And you can even play Nintendo and other games.
Cons
The music is horrible. Only reason it has 4 stars. They play a static-​y radio station with tons of commercials.

On a hot summer day, I was looking for a refreshing drink. I come here and get the passion fruit tea in the nicely air conditioned restaurant and I’m saved from the hot summer day. The green tea here isn’t from a mix so you can tell it’s fresh brewed! I tried their milk tea and that drink was very very true to both green tea and the milk added.

Two thumbs up! Enough tables for chitchatting. You can bring your dogs too ’cause they have tables outside as well. no valet parking (saving money~~~) nice and clean place! Oh! Stamp card! My favorite!
Let me tell you this. I am a little picky for what I drink. I know there are many many manyyyyy spots where I can go for boba, but I don’t go to any of them that often because i love boba, boba time, boba story or whatever bobaboba spots they couldn’t satisfy me or my palate before. I was thankful though for saving my money. :) But guess what. I will be broke. And possibly getting fat because of MR. BOBA! Damn it! but at least i am happy and my body will get. happy fat… Haha.
I went there a few weeks ago with a bunch of church members and of course we all got different drinks and they all got satisfied. Isn’t that amazing? Anyways! This one is now my go-​to place for boba! Their greentea frap and other drinks taste something different than other places’ but it is a good difference. I love their drinks! :)) you will love their drinks too when You try! Ms. picky guarantees :) i wish i am the only person who knows this place. I know i am being selfish, but that is how much I adore this place! So how about you go try! :) you will appreciate my review, so I am excited for that too :)

They use espresso shot not powder, very tasty.
Nice and Clean, looks like they just add more outside sitting.

There are only good things to say about this place.
The cookies and cream boba-​mazingggggg. Imagine drinking a large Mcflurry that is semi-​melted. I’m only comparing it to a Mcflurry since Mcdonalds is right across the street. It’s delicious. You really can’t go wrong with that.
It’s a neat place, well kept, new and the top drinks menu really helps you decide what to get. Good place for catching up, play cards and what not. Would I come here again? Yes!

Their boba was just average and the pearls-​to-​milk ratio was definitely off. Don’t skimp on my pearls, yo! I’m not in any hurry to come back here.

Taro milk tea was good but they didn’t really shake well so still can taste the powder. The boba is really good! Red bean milk tea was too sweet, we asked for half sugar.
They give you the stamp card when you purchase the tea.
