Seems to be that they aren’t very honest at this place.
I would give them less than one star, but that’s the lowest I can give.
I purchased an electric tea kettle about a month ago, and it stopped working. It was purchased in this store and I did not save the receipt, but I know where I bought it.
I went there today to bring the broken tea kettle to exchange it, and the nice lady told me that they don’t sell this tea kettle… it was not purchased there. I know for a fact it was bought there. She told me to come back and speak to her husband later.
I came back and spoke to the husband, who told me they don’t sell this teapot for 2 – 3 years already. Be that as it may, they sold it to me a month ago!!! Whether it was sitting on their shelves for 2 – 3 years doesn’t matter!
I was very nice and did not cause a spectacle or scream at anyone, but I am sharing this with Unilocal readers so they know when they go into this store to keep their receipt and know that they will lie to you if you don’t.
I’ll never go back there again…
