Established in 2013.

Apolonia Drew and Sara Massee worked together at Petite Spa in Santa Monica for years and leapt at the opportunity to launch Nested Spa.

Sara and Apolonia started Nested Spa in 2013 as an unassuming space created for clients to land and enjoy the very best in skin care. Sara’s specialities are brazilian waxing, brow shaping, and lash perming. Apolonia is an expert at customized facials and hair removal.

I’ve been seeing Sara for ALL of my waxing and lash perms for a few years now.
I get to spend an hour an a half with her every month and it feels like hanging with a friend. Sara is an amazing esthetician and has created a very clean and professional space at Sola.

Doing my waxing here and must say that Apoloniya is the best speed waxer you’ll find anywhere.
Her place is super clean and relaxing with a great atmosphere and her work is the most professional I’ve ran into. She is second to none and makes the experience great for each client that goes through her door.

I met Sara about 4 years ago when we first moved to Santa Monica when I went to her for a wax. I don’t know even where to begin with a review for her amazing spa but let’s start with the most important…
Firstly, her brazilian waxing skills are beyond amazing. Not only does she make the process as painless as it will ever be, she’s so fast so it’s literally over within minutes. She’s also incredible with eye brows and she’s the first person Ive ever actually let wax my eyebrows. Other services outside of waxing I’ve done with her have included facials, eye lash curling and tinting. Bottom line is that if you go to Sara at Nested Spa you will not be disappointed.
The icing on the cake is she’s just a wonderful person all around and you will be so comfortable with her!

Sara is amazing! Her sweet little spot is so perfect — very zen and relaxing. Getting waxed is almost like a mini-​vacation :) Plus, she’s got the sweetest energy this side of town and makes you feel instantly comfortable. Seriously wishing I lived in LA. Every time I get back to San Jose I tell myself I need to go back in 3 weeks so I can get another eyebrow wax/​tinting. After 2 – 3 years my eyebrows are finally looking how they should have years ago (blame it on bad wax jobs at crappy places in San Jose!). It certainly took a lot of patience — and encouragement from Sara.

Sara is the best! I moved to Brentwood a year ago and was so thrilled to find someone so personable, professional, and truly excellent at her craft. She’s a perfectionist, too, which is an absolute MUST for a good bikini wax! (or wax of any kind, for that matter) Her prices are very reasonable and the spa is super clean and cozy. A great find on the westside!

Sara is the best!!! I got my first brazilian ever and Sara made it seem like a piece of cake. She is super cool and friendly and made the whole process seem like two girlfriends hanging out. She gave me advice how to avoid ingrown hairs. We were laughing so hard I forgot she was removing my bikini hair. She is quick! I highly recommend Sara for all your waxing needs. I’ve been going to Sara for about 6 months and she is by far the best esthetician I have ever been to. She makes what is a pretty uncomfortable and dreadful experience surprisingly relaxing and enjoyable and she is a total sweetheart.
The spa is conveniently located at the corner of WIlshire and Bundy, and there is ample parking in the garage off Amherst. Finding the place was a bit tricky through so here’s how to find them. From the garage you’ll take the elevator to level G and upon exiting, walk out the front double doors and make a right. Head straight to another set of double doors into the Sola Salon. Once inside follow the hallway to the right and make your first right. The Nested Spa is tucked away in the back corner on the left.
I highly recommend The Nested Spa and of course Sara.

I have been going to Apolonia for nearly 7 years. She’s phenomenal! She’s professional, kind and makes what can be a downright awkward experience (i.e. waxing) easy and enjoyable. I have tried others and NO ONE comes close!
Quick Note:
Her new location at Nested Spa is convenient with lots of parking options. The spa is tucked in a quiet corner of Sola Suites in a comfortable private studio. They even validate valet parking for a $ 2 rate.
I couldn’t recommend it more!!!

I have been using Sarah for more than 3 years and when I heard she left Petit Spa and open her own place I have no doubts I would follow her.
Nested is convenient, you can do your appointments online and parking is super easy, free valet! Don’t miss trying it and supporting Sarah and Apolonia.
