Seth will get you tons of options and end up saving you A LOT of money! We asked him to look at seven or eight different cars for us and he went and got us all the quotes that would have taken us days of shopping. Even after they take their fee, you are still saving a ton of money and a lot of time. I plan to never set foot in a car dealership again which as a leaser I thought would never be something I could say!

Purchased a BMW 5series from Seth. We first spoke over the phone about the pricing and he automatically knew how to work with us in order to get to our target price. After a few minutes he returned our phone call with prices that blew us away. Seth brought us an offer we could not refuse. I have plenty of friends in LA with BMW’s and none of them got even close to the price that Seth hooked us up with. After all the work was done, the car was delivered to my office later that day. Cant beat that service, not even if you know someone who works at a dealership in this area. Truly phenomenal service that has completely changed the leasing game in Los Angeles. I was working with many different brokers before I came to newcarsuperstore. I was looking for a lease on a 2016 Chevy Camaro and they knocked off $ 75 my monthly payment originally quoted from the other brokers. They also located the exact car with the exact color, specs, and packages that I couldn’t find anywhere. No doubt in my mind that I will be back again after my two year lease is over. Wow… I have purchased ~18 cars in my life but never had the pleasure of this experience… Dealing with Scott I got the exact Q5 configuration I wanted, got the price I wanted (didn’t trick me into a 7k mileage lease) never asked for a DIME before had the car delivered to my home exactly on time with a FREE roof rack but then the other foot dropped… here it comes… I knew it was too good to be true… the lease payments were lower than we agreed to, those tricky bastards!

Jack is the man you want. I talked to three other people there, all of whom got me only ok deals, until I stumbled upon him. For three weeks, he patiently presented several good deals but none of them were quite what I wanted. He spent hours talking to me several times a week and treated me like a close friend. He never once seemed frustrated by how particular I was and instead encouraged me to get exactly what I wanted and not settle for less.
Eventually, we found the car. At one point the deal we struck seemed suspicious, so he immediately drove down to the dealer without my asking him. He stayed there for 4 hours and would not settle for less than what we thought was reasonable. He was more upset than I was that they were playing games and he fought for me while I finished up work. He ultimately got them to give me an amazing deal on a fully loaded BMW, which I never even thought was in my price range. He stayed there until every paper was signed and I sat in my brand new car.
You don’t get that kind of devotion from most people in this industry — broker or dealer.
(The dealer even offered him a job because they were so impressed. Of course, he immediately rejected!)

Overall experience was great, was talking and texting with Jack on the phone to get a best deal on my Sti.
Credit application made everything easy, no more wasting couple hours at the dealership. Jack got me a deal that I can’t say no. This is probably the easiest car buying experience ever.

I was communicating with George about leasing a 2015 Mercedes-​Benz C300. After giving me a quote and promising a great deal/​quick service I sent over my application, all my references, bank statements, gave him my SSN and waited. Never heard back. He told me that he made a call then just stopped communicating all together. So, I drove over to Mercedes-​Benz of South Bay and got an even better deal from them. Overall, very disappointed by the service I received here and am mad at myself for even sending over any personal information.

How is it then that I was approved for a lease (without a co signer) for the EXACT same car, through MB Financial Services directly? George never told me I was denied or even updated me on the status of my application. I appreciate your comment and effort to improve future transactions. Even more, that you welcome my business after such a frustrated and negative review. I’m sure you have far more satisfied customers than dissatisfied. I’ve just had a hard time accepting the way I was treated and undervalued by George, exclusively. I would have understood and been fine with it had he followed up.

Where to start? My wife and I just came back from Europe and decided to buy our first hybrid. We bought cars in the past and asked our usual friends to give us some numbers BUT no one was able to beat Jack’s numbers. I was skeptical to use an auto broker and gave Jack the benefit of the doubt. From a simple text, Jack found our perfect car with all the options we wanted at an unbeatable price. Within 48 hours after approval, our new car got delivered. I didn’t need to travel and spent time at a dealership. We are grateful to find a trustworthy person in the auto industry. Words cannot express how thankful I am to have tried New Car Superstore. Furthermore, I am so grateful for having had the opportunity to work with Jack on my lease for a 2015 BMW 740li. Not only was he accommodating, but he was flexible, easy to work with, and very upfront with the entire process and the numbers.
Process:
This was my first time leasing a vehicle, I have always been one to purchase and then sell after 3 – 4 years. This time I decided to try leasing since I change vehicles so often. I gave New Car Superstore a call and was fortunate enough to speak with Jack. Already did my own research so that I knew what I was getting into in terms of monthly payments (this is essential if you are going to lease). Told Jack the vehicle make/​model/​options that I wanted and allowed him to get back to me with availability. Once we determined the make/​model/​options/​down payment/​monthly payment, the rest was super easy.
On the very same day (later that evening), my BMW was delivered to my home on a flat bed truck. Signed paper work with the representative, gave him my check for down payment, enjoyed my new vehicle smell. The delivery and signing process took only about 20 minutes.

I just did my second consecutive lease with these guys and it’s as seamless as it gets. Lawrence worked with me both times, and simply put, he delivers.
As far as leases go, I can tell you from experience that there isn’t a dealership out there that can match the deals New Car Superstore gets. Lawrence asks me exactly what I’m looking for and what I’m looking to spend, makes some phone calls, comes back with legitimate options, and the deal is done. Choosing a car is like choosing a spouse. This car needs fulfill your needs, but also make you look good in front of all your friends/​coworkers and not be high maintenance. My previous car (67 mustang) did most of that for me, but boy was he high maintenance. He cost me more than I care to admit and I finally decided to stop letting him bring me down (put him in the garage).
So now, this girl was on the market. Big eyed and looking for a good time.
But car shopping is not a good time, my goodness it’s worse than internet dating! (I’ve never done that, but the stories I hear confirm this claim). And when your clock is ticking (I needed a car ASAP as I was burning money on a rental), it’s even worse!
I phoned a few places, put out a few feelers, took to my trusty Unilocal.The first broker neeevvver got back to me, the big dealerships did, but I just didn’t want to go there. So enter George. Oh poor George, he was fooled by my nice voice and adorable emails, but let’s be honest I was a tough case.
I needed to put 0 down on a car and needed the lowest monthly payment possible. I’m still recovering from that Mustang, but I need to move on with life.
After many a back and forth on different cars within my price range and almost committing to an electric Fiat, (I backed out at the last second, size matters people), I finally decided on a Prius C. George handled all the paperwork and got me a great price on a brand new car. From our first conversation on March 24 to our last email on March 31, it took one week to get me a car and I did this all from my desk at work.
Very grateful to George for his patience with me and getting me exactly what I wanted at the price I needed.
My Prius and I get along great so far, driving off into the distant sunsets, checking out all the local spots in LA. I think I may have just found the one (until my lease is up).
