Ninja Plumber

The owner and I spoke about my situation and had a great conversation about everything that happened and his views on customer service and how he likes to run this company. Ultimately I am increasing my rating not because of the work performed (since in the end we did end up having the job fixed by another service) but because I think customer service practices are incredibly important, especially when it comes to home repair and improvement companies. It is nice to know that my concerns are heard, respected and acknowledged.

First rate plumbing company! I hired them to do extensive re-​piping in my 1923 home, as well as a new hot water heater and two new toilets. They did an outstanding job in repairing a lot of very old stuff and getting my house up to par. Thanks, Mor and Chris!

I got the sense that I was being way oversold on what I needed. I was offered a «free» video inspection. After the video inspection, I was quoted $ 8,000 to hydro jet and line my sewer pipe, when I didnt immediately seem to jump at this, the price was quickly reduced to $ 5−6K. I inquired with MANY people, including a few plumbers before taking the next step because this was a very expensive project. Not a single person recommended anything more expensive than a few hundred $$s for hydrojetting (and no lining). And a large majority said that I should just roto-​root. Ninja led me to believe that roto-​rooting is dangerous because it might break your pipes, but everyone else told me that many people roto-​root for years with no issues. I cannot say that Ninja was trying to take advantage of me, but it is suspicious that not another single plumber, contractor or handyman that I inquired with, suggested the same treatment and many said that they would never use a liner even if a situation was more dire than ours.
They also do a VERY heavy sell on giving them a good rating on Unilocal — which I also thought was what drove their exceptional review status, more so than the fact that they really were amazing.
All that said, the plumber was very polite, clean and pleasant to talk to. I was happy to invite him into our home; he was professional. He earned the two stars with his attitude. But overall they lost a bunch of stars for trying to steer me, without acknowledging alternatives (that appeared to be very acceptable and/​or preferable according to many other professionals) that were far cheaper.

We used Ninja Plumber when our toilet clogged. Our neighbor friend recommend them. Their plumber Chris showed up in 30 minutes and fixed pipe problem immediately. That proved their company Name. NINJA! I likes their name. He is professional in plumbing. We all very happy with their service and fee was also reasonable. I think Ninja Plumber is one of the best plumbing service provider in Los Angeles.

When you’re moving into a new home that was constructed over 50 years ago, you know you’re going to have plumbing issues. We just didn’t know how much until we moved in and sinks would leak, the toilet wouldn’t work and the washing machine, well that’s another issue in itself. Thanks to the help of Ninja Plumber and especially Chris, they got us back and working quickly at a reasonable cost. I can’t thank them enough for easing my stress and allowing the moving process that is already stressful to be a little less with their expertise. Thanks so much guys!

Ninja Plumber is awesome! When I realized that the sink in my 2^nd bathroom wasn’t working normally, I dreaded the idea of calling help. But I called Chris, and he came out quickly and fixed the problem so fast and so easy that all I had to do was tell him what was wrong and he did the best. Richard was awesome. Text-​response. Fast. Was there on the weekend without question. Replaced in-​sink-​erator within minutes. Super chill guy– totally on the ball.

Mor and Richard are the best. These guys are as good as it gets. I had a mainline clog due to tree roots, and they arrived on a Sunday night to handle it. Richard showed me on the camera where the obstructions were, and then eliminated them with the hydrojet. Last time that this happened, we were less than impressed with the big name rooter company. If you have a plumbing issue, you should call Ninja first.

Since buying my house 5 years ago, I have had to spend countless dollars on plumbing issues. Thousands. With thousands of dollars comes dozens of plumbers, both good and bad. Roots have always been a problem for me and every six months or so I would have the main line cleared to prevent backups. Then there were the times that I forgot to take preventative measures and had to call the plumber to fix a messy situation in my bathtub. This has happened on more than a handful of occasions. It almost ALWAYS happens on the weekend when everyone is home, showering, doing dishes, etc. This is how I found Ninja Plumber. Most plumbers charge time and a half on the weekend, which makes a backup an extremely expensive problem to have. Ninja Plumber’s flat rate, including weekends, is an extremely attractive attribute and one that makes me call them time and time again.
More recently, I decided to have the entire main line replaced. I knew this was way out of my budget (which is why I avoided it for 5 years) but Mor worked with me to devise a plan that I could afford and that would change my quality of life as I can now sleep at night knowing there will be no more major backups, while simultaneously raising the property value of my home. They checked the line and diagnosed the problem one day, and by that afternoon were working on trenching it out. Even as other problems came up, which meant more work for Ninja Plumber and therefore more dollars for me, Mor kept his original estimate and did not charge me any more. They took the extra care to do the job right, even though it meant extra manpower on their part. The guys were hard working and completed the task in under a day and a half so I wasn’t without water for more than a couple hours. At each stage of the process they made sure to explain what they were doing step by step and show me what they were installing. Even though it was an all day job they stayed until well after it was dark to make sure they cleaned as much as possible and put my front yard back together. Any heavy items were moved back, which was much appreciated by me. I have unfortunately met many untrustworthy or unprofessional plumbers over the past years of problem after problem with my home, and my faith has been restored by Mor, Chris, and their guys. Ninja Plumber was great. I called and Chris was able to come out within an hour. Instead of replacing my whole faucet he recommended just fixing it for cheaper which makes sense to me. The job was done within an hour and no more leak under the sink. Hopefully I don’t need to call a plumber often, but if i do these will be the new guys i use.

I usually hire contractors through referrals mostly due to the amount of unreliable contractors out there but I have to say, I can see why they have a great online reputation. I will definitely be calling Ninja Plumber for my future projects, repairs, and have them in mind.

Needed a home sewer line inspection. Ninja had friendly phone service, showed up on time, got to work quickly, explained what they saw in the pipes to the agents and the parties, gave a competitive estimate (lower than the midpoint), explained estimates of the unknowns, and when asked, gave commentary on other plumbing issues. To top it off, they were friendly, had good attitudes, got us the report within 48 hours, honored their online coupon, and answered my questions afterwards!
I’ve used other rooters and plumbers, but from here on out, Ninja Plumber has my business until they prove otherwise. Great job!

If you are responsible for a business that uses water, then clearly you understand the importance of having a solid plumbing company to help out because it gets very inconvenient if things go down.
We have used a few different companies in the past due to spur of the moment needs and most recently Ninja. Richard is the technician who has been working with us and he has been great. On the primary work we have had done, he talked over a few different options and why as opposed to proceeding with the most complex/​expensive one.
I don’t foresee needing them for the heavy work they can do, but based on our interaction so far we would say they’re worth a shot on that as well.

I’ve used this company three times now, for three different reasons. Two were emergencies and the response was incredibly fast and fantastic. I was so impressed that I called them a third time for a non-​emergency bathtub fix. And now I am pretty sure I’m going to have them come back to fix a pipe that keeps blocking up, and to install a soft-​water system.
The bottom line is this: The service is fantastic. They stand by their word. Every technician has been a complete pro and extremely nice to work with.
If you’re looking for a plumber, look no further. They have great reviews for a reason.

My kitchen faucet started leaking in the kitchen. I called several different companies which I won’t mention to come and fix it, they did, just to find out shortly that it was a quick fix and didn’t last more than an hour.
I called Ninja Plumber in the morning as they opened and within a couple hours I had someone at my home. He was extremely friendly, fixed the faucet, made sure it worked properly, all for a fraction of the cost of the other company!
This place is great! They are quick, very fair and honest. I will definitely refer my friends and family to them. They are my plumbing company for life!

Ariel and his team of technicians and service representatives are all professional, friendly and there to help their customers.
We had a drain pipe leak on one of our properties, so naturally we started calling around for quotes on the job. Edgar was very helpful in keeping us informed as to when our technician would be arriving. We ran into a bit of a snafu where another company (who I did not call) showed up to my property claiming to be Ninja but was not actually a part of the team. They quoted me and when I heard from Edgar afterwards saying that our technician was on his way I was confused and thought I had already met with him! Ninja was very quick to remedy the situation and assured me that they would be able to match the quote the other company gave me and even give me a «loyalty» discount for deciding to stay with Ninja for the work.
The only downside I would say is that these guys are so busy that it’s hard to schedule your problem with them — the timeframes slips a lot and so it’s hard to rely on when they’ll actually be at the job site. But otherwise, they made up for it in every way.
Jamie was our technician that came and quoted us for the work, he was very professional and nice and comped us the quote fee (even though we already knew we’d be going with Ninja for the work which comps it automatically). I was then introduced to Ariel, the owner, who helped me in scheduling the work. The next day when Jamie was supposed to arrive there was an issue with his van and he was unable to make the appointment we had set so Ariel arranged to send me another tech the next day who he promised would be just as professional and would take just as good of care as Jamie.
He wasn’t wrong! Everybody I encountered with Ninja was amazing and our technician who actually did the work was great as well. We had Richard on the site and the work he completed was great. He completed the job quickly and even tended to some of the surrounding structural issues.
After all of that they gave me an even bigger discount because the work ended up being less than they had expected. This company really is about making the customer happy, the $$ isn’t important to them so long as they have long standing relationships with their clients.
