No happy at all with this company. Stay away! This company charged me $ 165 just to come out. $ 165!!! just to come out? My tenant called Northwestern plumbing without letting me know. i told my tenant i have my own handyman that can fix this problem. So i told Northwestern plumbing i didn’t need his service. He told me i still have to charge you a service feed. So he slap me with a 165 dollar for coming to my apartment building. he end up writing some BS comment of what he did. Which he didn’t do. the price is outrageous. Theres other plumbing company that will do the same service for less. They might be friendly but watch out when they give you the bill. You’ve been warned!

Went downstairs to the basement to do laundry. Turns out we had a leaky filter but my family didn’t call anyone, so I searched on Unilocal and did.
The guy was polite on the phone, despite my bad reception and called me back. He gave me a window of an hour-​hour and a half because he had a call before me, but he arrived on time.
He charged $ 180 («for Saturday»), but I’ve never hired a plumber before so I just decided to pay. Great service, pretty fast, and we even spoke sports! Plumber’s their 3rd manager, and the name comes from the original owner who was from «up north.» The only thing questionable is the price, but if you can find cheaper with excellent service, by all means, go for it!
