I posted previously because I received six of the wrong color eye shadow and got no reply to my email inquiry. I was very disappointed…
I called customer service and the receptionist was very positive, friendly, and helpful. She transferred me to Chris in customer service. He was very apologetic and had my email on his screen as we talked. He acknowledged the error in their not responding and told me they would send an email telling me when the corrected shipment would be sent out… and the tracking number, as well as how to return the incorrect product.
When I received the email… he had done «one better» –they told me to keep the original six shadows and the corrected eye shadows would be arriving soon. I received the color that I had originally ordered and am enjoying the other color, which is entirely a bonus, not something that I was demanding or asking for… NYK was extending this gesture toward good customer relations… and has won me back!
Bottom line I would order again, because NYK will work with you to correct their mistakes.

Heidi the online Manager for 3÷31÷16 at 10 am was wonderful. I ordered some items for my daughter and the shipping and billing addresses got mixed up. When I first called they answered promptly but the representative I talked to was not very educated or kind as a customer service agent but once I requested to talk to the manager Heidi was very kind and helpful. Let’s see how quickly the product comes to the right address and if the order is complete!

Ordered online and received my order with some items missing, others broken, and some opened. Contacted support and have received no customer service. Unacceptable. Do not support this business until they clean up their game.

So I ordered a ton of items through the Black Friday promotion that NYX was having since I obviously couldn’t let it pass!!! I placed my order on the 30^th and was sent a confirmation of my order. I knew it might be a while for my things to ship since they were probably busy but it has now been 2 weeks since my order was placed and I still haven’t received a tracking number or heard anything about my order. As a customer this is extremely frustrating. So I called… For a straight week and NO ANSWER! I kept getting voicemail after about 7 minutes of waiting (instead of keeping you on the line they ask you to leave a voicemail and hang up) it’s nothing against the actual product but NYX should really consider doing something about their customer service.

I am a Online shopper, I love Nyx products but I made a mistake of ordering from their website. It started with not getting the discount that was sent to be via email .I have made umpteen attempts to speak to the customer care but have failed, have written to them so many times, no response … I doubt If they have any Customer care service .
I left messages on their Facebook and twitter account too, still no response .I have not received my order yet and have no clue when it will arrive.
Its a really bad Idea to shop from them.

Worst customer service at their FIRST EVER NYX store!!! There was a contour palette marked $ 7 when it used to be $ 25 and the store manager tried to lie to my face and tell me that she cant change the computer price. When I proceeded to show her that the label on the shelf said $ 7 she blocked it out with a sharpie and said «it doesn’t say that anymore» worst experience. I will forever order NYX online because they are my favorite brand. So disappointed with the store.

Let me just start by disclaiming that I LOVE NYX cosmetics. Great price, great value, the pigmentation is amazing; I really can’t complain for the price. The reason I couldn’t give NYX 5 stars is because of the online ordering system. I placed an order, about a week ago & quickly tried to cancel it after reading the horror stories that other Unilocalers had experienced. I was told that my order was already picked and packed & could not be canceled, but it would still take up to 3 days to get it on the truck, and from there it was being delivered by ‘snail mail’ to my door.
While the online representative, Cynthia was nice & answered all of my questions, it was remarkably frustrating. I could have traveled an hour to an ULTA and received my product there with no worries about shipping. Also, there online ordering doesn’t allow for things like expedited shipping, only fedex smart post.
Now if I was the business owner, I would make varied shipping methods available to the consumers because of the fact that there is only one warehouse location & it’s in California. Waiting up to two or three weeks for a product isn’t helpful, especially if your customer is a make up artist. Fortunately I don’t live far from the distribution center, but it’s still taking over a week for me to get the products that I ordered.

Absolutely Love NYX. But didn’t knew that the above address wasn’t a retail store. It’s their corporate and distribution offices and wear house. Front desk Asian receptionist wasn’t very polite. I didn’t know there wasn’t an actual store there.

I do like the products however will not be ordering online ever again. Placed an order, received it and ended up returning 3 of the 5 products ordered. This was all within 2 days of each other.
Received an email 2 weeks later saying they received my return and it would be processed… it has now been a month and I still have not received my return. I sent 3 emails which have not been responded to. Fortunately I used Paypal and am in the process of disputing this transaction.

I placed an order online. A week and a half later I logged in to check the shipping status and it says it is not shipped yet. I called customer service and she said the label is now created and will ship out soon. It was kind of fishy. I have a feeling that it wouldn’t have been shipped anytime soon, unless I called. I know the quality and the price is great and all, but not getting the package in a timely matter is no good…
I got no apologies as if this is something normal. If it is something that could be done in couple of mouse clicks I wished it was taken care of without my phone call. (Because I have to wait for a while to speak with a customer service representative.) I checked the status is the shipment just now and it says it will be arriving in 4 days. So I waited for this package for almost 2 weeks.

Just to be clear. I in fact, LOVE Nyx products. But I will NEVER order from their website again. I ordered my favorite lip colors 3 weeks ago. And I was anxiously tracking the package. Supposedly it was returned to the shipper (NYX). Because there was an incorrect address, so they were unable to deliver. I triple checked my order and all of my credit/​billing/​shipping info is correct. I still have not received my makeup. I contacted customer service and received an automated email. Still no news on where my package is, or when I will receive it. Nyx customer service is a joke! I’m so disappointed with Nyx. I would rate 1 star if I didn’t absolutely love there lipstick. Long story short — I ordered my favorite Nyx lipsticks from Ulta & received them within 5 days. I will make one last attempt to contact Nyx. So I can at the very least get my money back for the products I never received. Don’t trust their website!

I got some really great items in the mail today. It also came with this really cute black lace bag.

I’m very pleased with the customer service that I’ve received from NYX Cosmetics.
I purchased an eyeliner product from Ulta in West Hollywood that I was really unhappy with (hence 4 stars instead of five). I sent feedback on that particular product to NYX via their website, and very quickly received a response, with not only a suggestion as to how my product could be salvaged, but an offer for them to send me an eyeliner they thought would work better for me. Literally the next day, it was FedEx’d to my doorstep, and sure enough, the new product was exactly what I was looking for. Unbelievable customer service, extremely happy!
As for their other products, the eyeshadows and pigments are awesome. Great for daily makeup, and also a better alternatiive to MAC when you want to try colors that you may not use often for a cheaper price, but without sacrificing quality.

Well great quality for cheap makeup, great selection. If you’re just starting out with make up or use it professionally it would make a good starters kit if you expect way high up quality stuff not the item for you.

Beware of placing online orders. Ive had: my order mixed up, poor or no customer service… I was told that my order had shipped a few weeks ago and when I called back to find out where my order was, they couldnt give me a tracking # (I dont think it was even shipped).
