Do not use this space unless you’re ok with broken air conditioning, no running water, annual rent increases, being swindled in to paying for upgrades for other offices, constant interruptions to your business, building managers that are completely corrupt slumlords that love to laugh at the misfortune they cause you and your business. The building is a dump. They bathroom facilities smell like the homeless people that like to camp out front. The parking lot is rat infested. The entire building should be condemned. Many businesses have moved out of this building in recent months and things are only getting worse. I should have moved out a long time ago but the crack hotel rent costs kept me coming back like the heroine junkies that greet you on the sidewalk. The management of this building does not care about doing what they can to ensure your small business has a functional work environment. Repeat, they simply do not care. With the massive amount of growth in the Downtown Los Angeles area, you’d think these people would have the foresight to remain competitive. They do not. They’re holding on to a notion of poverty in the downtown Los Angeles area that has been long forgotten and my only hope is that I can forget enduring the conditions in this building in the same way that Downtown Los Angeles will forget the slumlords that used to rein terror on the DTLA area. Goodbye Olive Center. As you can see, I’m the first to review on this building. There’s a reason for that. There’s about 10 people who know this place even exists. Why? Because it sucks that bad.
