Decent drinks, awful food. Our sandwiches were practically inedible because the avocado on them was so old and brown… we were hungry and desperate to catch our flight, so we scraped the old avocado bits off our turkey sandwiches(hubby and I both ordered the turkey club sandwich) in order to eat our food and make it to our flight. The service was decent and we did enjoy our drinks(wine for me, beer for him), so I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of 1. Still, it’s really unacceptable to serve such old avocado, especially on an open-faced sandwich! Airport restaurants always have lower ratings on average, but this definitely deserves a lower rating for its disgusting food and I should have heeded the Unilocal review warnings. I will not be visiting again.

This place is overpriced. The chicken Marsala was very average but priced like it was served in a fine dining restaurant. Casamigos margarita isn’t that great for $ 20 drink. False advertisement, water down/diluted drinks and WHEREWEREMYLIMES? Waiter did not come back to refill our water glass and rushed us by handing us a check when we were still working on our $ 31 chicken. Do not come to eat at this place!

Outstanding service with the correct number of staff who are extremely customer-conscious. Raiji was courteous, quick and well-versed in his art. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful, and helped make the trip seem like a breeze. Nice work, everyone — thanks for everything!

Great Italian sandwich. We were seated quickly. When our assigned server was busy other servers helped us so we didn’t have to wait. Staff is very friendly and cheerful!

The food was decent. My egg sandwich came out a little cold and not flavorful. My travel partner had the French toast and it was frozen cold. Not cool. The staff was rude and had attitude when asking for simple things such as water and extra napkins.

Had a great meal last week as I was heading out of town. Fantastic crispy thin crust pizza, and delightful salad. Service couldn’t have been better. Fast, and friendly. Ask for Sherri’s section, she was great.

Great service. Sherri G was warm and attentive. Food was delicious and came out quickly. I had a great chopped salad and juicy burger! I’d recommend that the restaurant carry unsweetened iced tea freshly made.

We stopped in here for a quick breakfast meal while at LAX this morning. We had time to kill before our flight and we we’re hungry, normally we try to avoid eating at airports but this menu was different. Service was very excellent! He was attentive and extremely nice. We ordered the burrata cheese baked eggs, wow that was good. My wife had the breakfast sandwich with sticky potatoes. She was raving about it. This location was very busy but very clean and consistent. Solid 5 stars, we’ll pick a later flight so we can try the dinner menu next time LOL.

Fast and friendly service. The food was great but I appreciated their quick service since I had a flight to catch. Raiji and staff were friendly.

An airport restaurant needs to be attentive and fast overall. Then you hope the food will be at least ok. My food was ok. Service was inattentive and slow. Not just me, but everyone around me. Lots of people here, so it doesn’t seem to be a shortage of help, just chaotic and inefficient. Skip.

Outrageous prices! Our server advised us not to have the fruit plate as it was small and cost over $ 12! Ordered the breakfast sandwich which bordered on awful with dry sausages on top. Only ate half. Came with potatoes… cold and chewy. My husband has steak and eggs also with cold potatoes. Average at best. Including water and coffee, our bill was $ 45. So many better options at LAX. Pass right by this one!

I can’t believe it — a burger this fantastic(I’m a burger snob) at the airport?! Great wine, great service, succulent BURGER! Got to go catch my flight or I’d write more :)

Decided to stop by Osteria the other day. I sat at the bar. Ordered the cobb salad. It was DELICIOUS. The bartender was very friendly. She was attentive to what i needed and quick. Will definitely eat there again.

Seriously this place sucks. Fabian Viviani should be ashamed. A restaurant in an airport terminal should be prompt and some sort of quality. Osteria has neither. How can they run out of limes for vodka tonics? Waitress running around singing and being obnoxious while the other wait staff runs around ignoring customers. Took 12 minutes to have someone greet me at the table. I wish I had as good of time as the waiters goofing off.

I tried to order a Malbec, they were out. I tried to order a cab, he couldn’t find the wine opener. Bartender asks if a pino is ok and I say sure, because at this point I’d already been there for 15 min so I said sure. The bill comes and the glass is $ 22 — far from the $ 15 cost of my original glass. I order a burrata salad. After 5min I’m told they aren’t ready to start serving that yet(it’s after 11am). He suggests I order a pizza. After 10min I’m told they are out of basil for the Margareta pizza. At this point I walk out, it’s time to board and I’m still hungry, and out $ 22.

Sat at the bar and ordered a burger… Here is what I saw/experienced: –server teaching the bartender how to use a jigger because she(bartender) said she had never used one –bartenders that don’t know what wine they have so the servers have to go looking for it –staff using curse words in front of customers. This happened often enough that eventually I started mentally counting and got past 10. — staff getting and Drinking personal drinks behind the bar. –servers behind the bar getting customer drinks –roll-ups have a mix of metal and plastic silverware. One napkin for a meal you eat with your hands is ridiculous and cocktail napkins within reach just don’t cut it. –bartenders are now arguing over washing dishes. –ordered a medium temp for the burger and was told it would have a little pink. It came out well. I didn’t send it back but would have preferred what I ordered. –chips taste like they were cooked in oil that hasn’t been changed in years and they are soggy And finally… Today is Super Bowl Sunday and not a single tv has any sort of football coverage. Cops, college basketball and one that looks like it someone was channel surfing on the guide and never selected a channel. Oh nope-we now have selected a channel… bowling. Are you serious?!

You suck. I hate to give you even one star. Was sat at a dirty ass spot at the bar that was never cleaned from the last patron. Waited at least 20 mins before a server even spoke to me. Was yelled at because I didn’t know they were only serving breakfast. Had to change my order on the fly and the server simply walked off as I was quickly reviewing my breakfast options. Fuck you. I heard one server complaining about how the job is insane. I heard multiple customers complain about either their food or server(or lack there of). Good luck bros. You’ll need it!!!

One star is too good for this place. I went to this place an hour and a half before the boarding with my kids and after waiting for an hour and twenty minutes for our food to arrive and asking numerous times without anyone listening, we walked out as we were going to miss our flight… The staff didn’t care…10 of them were standing and socializing with each other… We never got to the food… but after seeing negative reviews about the food, I am glad we didn’t eat there…

Service was good. Food was horrible. Prices were ridiculously expensive. I had a strawberry salad. The lettuce was not fresh/crisp. There was barely any dressing on it. The strawberries tasted of «refrigerator», and the walnuts were stale. The server asked me if I wanted chicken on the salad. It was an additional $ 8.00! It was dry and overcooked to boot. Cool décor, but don’t waste your time and money.

I first want to preface this review with the fact that this place just opened, but this is one of the most disappointing meals we have ever had. The service was good but the food was horrible. We were a party of 6 that ordered: — 2 chopped salads: both showed up with wilted lettuce and somehow different ingredients. — 1 Caesar salad: had store bought crappy croutons and no dressing. By the time they brought more we were done with our meal. — 1 pepperoni pizza: quite tasty — 1 Italian panini: came out soggy with one piece of the bread looking like it went through a toaster and the other side not cooked at all. How is that a panini? — 1 chicken sandwich: bread looked like the others panini and because of that the chicken had soaked completely through the bottom piece. — 5 sparkling waters: we were charged for water — calamari: very good All for the low price of $ 135. Hopefully it’s opening week kinks.
