OUE SkySpace Los Angeles is an exclusive event venue located on one of the top floors of the 72-​story US Bank Tower in downtown, Los Angeles. This event space has unobstructed 360-​degree panoramic views of Los Angeles, from the Hollywood Hills to the Pacific Ocean. Currently the venue is available for private, corporate and special events.

Coming this Summer, the tallest building in the West, will also transform the top floors to unveil the SkySpace Los Angeles observation deck and sky-​high restaurant, catering to residents and visitors of downtown Los Angeles. The deck is the the first of its kind in Southern California.

History

Established in 1989.

The 72-​story skyscraper, completed in 1989, will remain an office building, with U.S. Bank Tower naming rights. Singapore investor Overseas Union Enterprise Ltd. (OUE) bought the tower in 2013, with the intention of transforming the buildings empty space into a robust observation deck, which is the first of its kind for the city of Los Angeles.
