Very rude customer service. I called to ask questions, and a lady answered. The conversation felt rushed, and she was not very helpful. I understand people can be busy; however, there should be a certain level of hospitality when answering phones in a business.

This place is great I’m new to the screen printing business and dealing with a wholesaler is always intimidating but their service is great everything is up front and clear and they show you what you’re paying for before you take it I’m glad I walked in here

These guys are the best Dave and his family are very friendly and courteous. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Need shirts this is the place.

This is our go-​to t-​shirt wholesale supplier. Yes, you do need a reseller permit to start an account here. They carry a wide range of shirt brands and I’ve sampled many of them from AAA to Anvil to Cotton Heritage. They do sell by the piece, but there’s a price break when you purchase in bulk.
Shaka is next door, but that place has absolutely zero customer service.
David takes the time to learn all of his customer’s names and is always so warm and friendly. John, a recent hire, is at their front reception and he is a breath of fresh air. They’ve ran through quite a few front desk people and he is head and shoulders above the rest.
This place has a fair amount of traffic. We prefer to phone our order in ahead of time, but do be prepared to wait during peak times.

If you are looking for a place to buy quality t shirts at wholesale prices, Pagoda T-​shirts is the place. I’ve shopped around at various wholesale stores in the area and I have yet to find a place that beats their prices. Their customer service is excellent, efficient and friendly. I run a clothing line and find this place as a valuable asset to running a business. If you are trying to track something down that they do not carry make sure you talk to David. He is very accommodating and will do his best to help you find what you are looking for.
