There are two amazing Korean ladies at this location. They always takes good care of me.
They speak Korean and English. They know what is the best for your skincare needs.
Ask for the Vitamin Serum (dbh). It is pricey but it is the best. There are other serums but they don’t give you a full coverage. It is sticky when you first put on but it works. Can’t complain! :)
I wish they had Laneige and Missha products. But I love AHC and IASO products there. These two brands are underrated.
I always come back to this location! My face is a testimonial for coming here over and over again!
Taking care of one skincare is very important. Wear sunscreen everyday! All day! :)

Went in just going to try some lip tint oils, but ended up leaving with so much more! I will be the first to admit that beauty type stores make me a little anxious where I’ve had some bad experiences in them. Im guessing based on my ethnicity or skin tone people kinda overlook me, or just outright follow me. Who knows though?! I quickly went straight for the product I wanted and waited patiently for the lady (later id find her name to be alice) to finish talking to a customer ahead of me. I found some other things that caught my eye and asked her questions, and man she’s so helpful !! Such a delight to talk with and she showed me a few new things as well. I bought probably more than I should’ve, but I liked her so much I didn’t mind! Also the things I bought I really liked so win win! Please check it out! She even throws in some nice goodies and free bday gift love Alice and palace beauty!

Sonia was super helpful and friendly and definitely gave me an awesome experience. She gives you honest opinions, which I highly value! It’s not a huge store, but my favorite compared to the other ones that I’ve been to. I mainly came in to get a shimmery gel liner, and left with one from Clio & a lip balm/​tint from Clio similar to Dior’s.
Sonia also showed me this REALLY cool Vitamin C serum that’s on the pricier side but WOW it’s probably the coolest serum I’ve seen and I’m definitely getting it next. If you’re into skincare like I am, you have to check it out the wow factor is intense

I love this beauty store! Sonia is extremely helpful, a couple months back I came in just to browse and I told her my hair was extremely damaged from dying it she recommended keys and I’m so glad she did because my hair felt so good after using it. There’s a bit of everything in here, one of my favorite beauty stores in ktown.

I am so glad i found this place. It’s near my workplace so it’s very convenient to stop by and pick up up my beauty items. I recently bleached my hair and it is in need of moisture. Alice was able to point out a few products that can bring it back to life. They do have a wide selection of stuff so you are able to find what you need. Plus, they have Korean face masks which you are able to buy without going online and paying all those shipping fees. Not to mention that you are able to get free samples to try out new brands. How cool is that :)

I love coming to Palace Beauty! They have the best customer service. I have been coming here for years bc it’s a block away from my job and the women are always so gracious and make you feel so welcome. They have THE best advice on what skin products you should get, very knowledgeable. I absolutely love this place!

The lady there was super friendly and took her time explaining to me about the different types of lotions for my dry face and gave me tips how to moisturize my skin. I picked up some soy candles as well and they smell delicious!!! 2 THUMBS UP!!!

I was walking by the store and could not help notice all the wonderful products they had inside the store! As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile by the beautiful workers. I purchased couple cute masks and some skin products. The products they carry here are really good quality, and worth the price. To top it off, they also gave me some samples with my purchase. I also saw a salon area towards the back of the store and they quoted me a good price for my hair. I will most likely come back soon!

The prices here aren’t bad and the customer service is great. Alice was such a pleasure to work with and gave me a bunch of free samples. They carry Tonymoly products, including BB cream, and Alice was great about directing me to the right skin tone color and showing me correct application which helped me decide that it was perfect for me. I also purchased a foaming charcoal face cleanser here that was has natural ingredients and is easy on my skin. They have a rewards program at Palace Beauty too.
Free parking for 30 minutes which is more than enough if you’re just picking up some things at Palace Beauty.

they was wonderful service and detail explain for me. They gave me a lot of sample. So i’ll going back and buy more products. Klapp ASA peel is so clean, brightness, whitening.
And then, klapp Hyaluronic mask is very very moisturized. For dry skin n all skin type OK! I love Klapp! I love love Klapp! Why don’t u going to vermont metro palace beauty. Right now!
