I have been ordering from this company for years and I finally had an issue– they delivered the wrong tables. After 3 years of being a loyal customer their customer service was rude and argumentative. They treated us like we owed them something and literally said it was our fault. I wouldn’t recommend working with them. Because if you have any sort of problem the manager rather be right than help you. Plus, they take a very long time to respond back to requests. There are many better companies in the area who put the customer first.

We used Party Unlimited Rental for our wedding reception in Downtown LA. Their prices are decent and their staff was really helpful. Ask for Fatima — she’s great. We hired them with only 2 months notice to do an entire dinner and band setup. They were able to do same-​night pick up and cleanup, which was really helpful. Their products are pretty standard, but in the end, it was the service and accountability that really made it all worthwhile. Thank you Fatima!

I have been renting from Party Unlimited for over 5 years now. Kevin and his team are awesome! I feel they have the best prices for party rentals in Los Angeles. Let them know the concept of your party and what you expect and the event should go smooth.
We do more of the corporate events and our budgets are tight. They will work with you in all the planning.

The dance floor was horrible, people were falling and tripping at the birthday party. We were very upset and will never use them again. We called and the staff did not apologize or help.

Christmas Day Amazement. Thank you Party Unlimited. I fell upon this company 6 months ago planning my daughters Sweet 16 party. I returned to them this Christmas when I decided to rent everything for my Annual Christmas Dinner. I had 36 people come to dinner and everything turned out wonderful. From getting the proper information to ordering the correct supplies. Kevin is absolutely a gentleman and Fatima is very knowledgeable in her craft. She is the real reason I returned to Party Unlimited. It all started with a few helium tanks last March and spread into a full blown all you need accessories to the nines for my Christmas dinner party. The delivery and pickup went flawlessly. At the time of delivery the gentlemen took the time to place additional cushioning on the legs of 36 chairs to help protect the hardwood floors in my home. I was leaving to go out of town on the 26^th at 10am. They were there as promised by 9 for the pickup. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed. I will certainly be using them again.

I had a great experience with this company. I was in need of large amount of chairs for an event only one day away and they were able to accommodate me very nicely. They made everything super easy as if they aren’t able to say no to customers, everything was a smooth ride from delivering the chairs, to pickup. I highly recommend this company because they were super accommodating especially on a short notice. Other companies I spoke with that same day were not able to help me out at all. I will definitely use this company for other occasions. Keep up the great work!

The sales rep was professional and easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted and made appropriate suggestions. The delivery arrived and our tents were set up professionally. When they arrived to pick up the rented equipment, they were efficient, quick and professional.

At first this rental company was perfect. They were so helpful and really hooked us up for such short notice. We had an event here at our Venice Hair Salon on Abbot Kinney. It just so happened that the night of our event LA decided it wanted to pour rain for the first time in forever hence us needing to rent some tents and calling Party Unlimited. The tents were set up in our front courtyard. The first sign of trouble came when one of the gentleman who was setting up the tent lit up a cigarette. Mind you I don’t have an issues with someone that smokes, but he did it right in front of our open windows to our salon and front entrance. The smoke was pouring into the salon and makes for a very uncomfortable experience for our clients. After setting up we took a look at it and decided that there was one wall of the tent that was unnecessary and asked if they could take it back with them when they left. I also asked if we were going to be charged for the portion of the wall that we did not need. The employee asked me to contact Kevin D. at the company and speak with him. Upon speaking with him he said since I had already purchased it no refund could be made for that portion. I let it slide considering the circumstances and it only being around $ 40 bucks extra. When the company came to pick up the tents and left i noticed that our outside string lights were no longer working. Upon inspecting it further I could see that two of the wires had been severed and looked like they had been cut. I immediately called the company and asked them if they knew anything about it and explained to them that they were working before they had taken down the tents and now the wires are severed. Kevin pretty much called me a liar saying that his guys had nothing to do with it and that I was mistaken that someone else must have done it. He said he would pass this along to the owner and at that point I didn’t know what to say so I said I would call back later. one week later I call again and he seems a bit flustered with me questioning him about the employees that were here who took it down and If I could speak to the owner to get this resolved. He gave me the run around saying he wasn’t sure who the employees were and the owner was’t in. I asked him to please have the owner call me and asked for a time frame of when that would be, upon which he said no later than tomorrow. ONE MONTH goes by and I still have’t heard from him. At this point I am irate about it I have spent over $ 500 at their business along with having to replace the electrical for the lights. All i Wanted was to be compensated for the severed electric and the bill associated with it. Which is a measly $ 100 bucks. They would take no responsibility for it. We are a small boutique salon in venice and have no desire to swindle other business out of money. THis is simply a matter of community and taking responsibility for a simple mistake or accident. Finally an email was sent and in it they said that they will not pay the full $ 100 but would like to offer $ 50 seeing as how it wasn’t their fault and that none of the employees can recall severing any wires… why would they admit to it anyway… but in good faith the owner would like to pay us $ 50 «just to make us happy.»
All in all this place sucks. I wouldn’t rent anything from them ever again and I will never suggest any of our many clients to use their services.
