Really bad service. Poor customer service skills. I was told to wait because I had a return while the associate helped several customers of her culture. Then she wanted me to pay more for the exact shies I was returning because I used a coupon and she said I didn’t have the coupon but I did have it. Then she gave me my two pairs of shoes in a tiny bag that obviously they didn’t fit in. I went to another Payless, got the exact sakes shoes in the right size and didn’t have to pay any addtl monies and took 5 min at the most
