I have eaten in, ordered take out and delivery from Pazzo many times. The pizza and calzones are consistently good and prepared as ordered. Delivery is usually within 30 minutes, which is amazing considering the time it takes to bake the pie and drive over. The parking lot at this strip mall only holds about a dozen cars, so take your chances if you’re stopping by.

As a grad student who ate my way through finals, I can say I truly appreciate this place. I can only comment on the basics(cheese and pepperoni pies), but I will say that they have been consistently good. Cheese to sauce to crust ratio is on point. My bonafide pizza snob roommate from NYC commented that Pazzo’s was«not that bad» which is the kindest commentary he’s given to LA pizza to date.

Horrible customer service and even worse, offensive, response from the owner. I placed an order for delivery in which a few items were wrong. We ordered cheese ravioli and got SPAGHETTI. I ordered chicken fettuccine alfredo and they left OUT the chicken. I called and yes the owner offered to remake the food… however, after waiting 1 hr for delivery with 2 hungry kids, I declined and ask for a credit towards our account. Seems reasonable to me… but not to the owner. He said he wouldn’t credit me anything, and instead to send the food back so that he could remake our initial order… no thanks if it’s gonna take another hour. I declined and let him know I’d be writing a bad review for the lack of service and the way he handled the situation. he said«No problem». What a way to run a business!

Excellent food and service! Prices are pretty good too! Got a pizza with chicken and beef and it was delicious! Highly recommend.

Finally a pizza place that doesn’t disappoint. I’m from the Midwest where pizza is a second religion. I’ve been frustrated since moving to LA trying to find decent pizza. I used to work a pizza joint part-time while in school: pizza is very difficult to mess up. Somehow, West LA manages though. Pazzo’s was great. Thin crust, browned cheese, a satisfying layer of oil on top… it rescued me from pizza mediocrity.

Came here for lunch because I was working next door. First time here. The interior looks great has a nice vibe to it. The staff is friendly and very respectful. The pizza is absolutely delicious. I would definitely come back

I have ordered a few times very recently, and that’s it — no more! The Caesar salad was horrible, chicken wings were skimpy, and yesterday the pizza arrived cold. When I finally complained I could not believe the result — Daniel the Manager provided a whopping 5% discount«Daniel has issued a refund of 5% to this customer $ –1.59» I could not have been more angry.

Great local pizza spot. Free delivery. Always hot and fairly quick. And if you have a gluten free eater in the house, they’ll be happy with the gluten free pizza too. Try it out. Way better than those chains.

I really hate to do this, as the counter girl was Extremely nice. This was a goddamn disaster on bread! I ordered a medium combination. It came without mushrooms or bell peppers & the onions were cut so thin they didn’t masticate properly. The sauce was salty and hard to take. Crust was fine, but who gives a damn, @ this point, couldn’t save the situation! I ate 1.5 slices and«ran aground», couldn’t go on. Great service, but the worst combination pizza i’ve ever imagined, let alone eaten. I’m cool, no more.

Gonna keep it short and sweet. Ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and some chicken wings on the side. I can’t stop eating. The chicken wings had the most amazing and unique sauce I’ve tasted(«sweet and spicy» just doesn’t do them justice). The fettuccine was perfectly al dente, sauce — godlike, and they were not shy with the chicken add on I paid 2.50 for. Whole meal cost about 20 bucks(with a soda) and I’ve paid way more for a meal yet this one has me doubting all those. If the wings came in a boneless option I would never eat wings from anywhere else. Oh and the delivery guy was super awesome! Thanks pazzo I’ve got to try your pizza now!

I’m a New Yorker transplanted here to LA and this is the best pizza I have had in SoCal so far. Tastes like NY pizza! Ordered via GrubHub a small pizza with MR and pepperoni. Asked them to forego the plastic sleeve to keep it warm because those sleeves always make the crust soggy. When the order arrived, the pizza was slightly cool but the crust was still fabulously crispy. Within a few minutes in the toaster oven it was fabulous. Very nice sauce. Never thought I’d switch from Julie’s, but I think I’m gonna! Also ordered the hoagie. Asked them to make it a hot sandwich and it was also wonderful, bread fresh and toasted, nice amount of meat, tomato and mayo/mustard. Definitely will go there again either via online order or in person.

Pizza is pretty good and delivery only took about 45 minutes! Caesar salad is not bad. They forgot the garlic bread that comes with the salad though, which I was really looking forward to. 18″ pizza and Caesar salad with chicken was plenty for 3 people!

Amazing pizza… friendly service. I order so much that when they already know what I want! Large Hawaiian and french fries! The Pazzo combination is also amazing! The pizza really lends itself to be eaten cold, or placed in the oven the next day for a couple of minutes for the perfect crispy leftover pizza crust! It can be a little soggy sometimes because they really pack on the cheese … also the sauce is freaking amazing. Love love love love Pazzo!

This place has really good pasta. I like the penne basil pesto pasta with spinach. The pesto isn’t super flavorful but it’s creamy and the pasta is cooked perfectly. My BF likes the deluxe calzone which is also a nice cheesy bread.

Nope! Ordered delivery because of the great Unilocal reviews but my experience was sadly the opposite from the ones I read. Fettuccine Alfredo– TERRIBLE! Arrived with a broken sauce and almost under cooked noodles(a bit hard, and not in the right way). Combo pizza– NOTGOOD! VERY greasy so the crust is soggy. Flavor is bland. Sausage is good which is the pizzas only good quality. Asked for a couple sides of ranch dressing for my pizza and after my food was delivered the restaurant changed my receipt and charged me $ 3.00 for their DISGUSTING ranch! It’s tangy to the point that it almost seems spoiled. So so gross! I gave them 2 stars only because the food arrived very quickly. But quick service= quality of food suffered. Won’t be ordering from them again. :(

Went here today for lunch. Only two people were in the place, no one was behind the counter. I stood waiting for some time wondering if everyone in the back had quit or something. Finally a lady emerged to take my order. Then, one of the people in the restaurant got up and began singing loudly to whatever song was playing on the stereo. He just walked past me, gabbed with the lady and then grabbed some food for himself and then sat back down at his table. I suppose he was the manager or owner? Anyway, bad form. The food is very cheap, but tastes very cheap. Don’t think I will go back. The pizza was bland and the salad is still untouched.

My favorite food of all time is pizza. And this is my favorite pizza place ever. FORGET all the other horrible pizza places!!! Once you eat here you can never go back to your fast food pizza joints! I’ve had all their pizzas! Whole pizzas, slice pizzas, you name it! I’ve had non pizza items too! THEIRPASTASARESOGOOD!!! That Alfredo sauce is onnnn point!!! Mhmmmmm!!! Everything is made with such care you can almost taste their sincerity and effort! They take pride in their food and I can tell from the quality of their food! The food is so superb but what brings me back here every single time is the service. The owners know me now since I’ve pretty much consumed everything on their menu… But they are so sweet and wonderful! They always tell me I should try this and that andddddd I’m so glad I listen. Recently I tried their loaded baked potato. Holy moly… I was in carbs heaven. Forget your no carb diet honeyyyy!!! You’ll be missing out on this jumbo potato goodness!!! Also, they recently came out with gluten free pizza so… Of course I had to try it! Ohhh lawdddd it was so good and chewy! I’m not even on that gluten free fad but… Since I’ve tried everything else! I’m so upset about those few horrible Unilocal reviews that I saw saying how the service is horrible. Y’all need to get that big fat stick outta your arses because y’all must be trippin. I wasn’t gonna write this review because I wanted to keep this gem to myself… But it angered me that people were bashing on the owners!!! If you think they wronged you in any way… It MUST have been you being rude and demanding. TRUST me I’m a regular and have been for the longest time… I’ve been going for years! Shame on you complainers for bashing on these sweet people! Parking is abundant depending on what time of the day you come. Lunch time might be packed… However they do deliver!

I was brought here for lunch and my friend was a frequent goer. Now I can see why. It’s a great pasta place! We have enjoyed our pasta and pizza. The Korean owner was personable. Parking can be difficult because it’s a busy area. Inexpensive. Uses Grande cheese, finest Italian fresh cheese. So they claim. Will try their gourmet pizzas soon.
