She is a great doctor that helped me with hypothyroidism and helped 2 of my friends as well. Dr Susan is very knowledgeable, wise and helpful doctor. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an endocrinologist. The reason that I gave her 4 starts, not 5, because of the long waiting time for the appointment and the appointment lasts 10 minutes in the end. However, I think she worth waiting.

The office is operated by Soviet raised grandmas that apparently think they are in Soviet union and and are very rude to their customers, also they barely speak English, they also give you attitude when you asked them to repeat what they have said. After I have called one of the receptionist and told her that they are rude, she told me that it was my problem and hung up on me. Hire people that speak clearly and at least are nice to your customers.
