I eat phở about twice a week and my favorite spot closed down(phở 36). I tried 3 other places and phở 2000 here and phở 2000 on Western are the best. When you eat alot of phở you can definitely taste the difference. The one on Western is too far plus $ 2 valet, plus they charge more for extra noodles. This is the spot although parking is a hastle. I parked on the side street, maybe 2 minute walk but well worth it. Service was good and there’s a big«A» in the window. Disregard all the negative comments about rude ladies. If a place is always busy then you know the food is good. I’m a 6’2″ 245 lbs white boy that loves to eat and I think this I’d my new spot for phở!

The special combo was ok. The oxtail was good. Egg rolls were generic. Waitress was nice. Overall this place was just ok.

This is my second time coming here. I really like the soup and it’s very close to mi house. I would definitely recommend it and most of all I’ll come back again.

Unfriendly service, mediocre phở, overall messy unclean dining room. Meh, I’ve had way better. The broth lacked deep flavor and meat was very tough. Phở 2000 needs to do some major house cleaning and hiring new staffs.

I had the #11 phở which had a little bit of everything(shrimp, tripe, spleen, steak and fish balls). The food here is very good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I would have given 4 stars, but I had to take away one star due to the inattentive service.

First, it is not $ 5.99. #1 is $ 8.95. Second, service is bad. Waitress never comes to your table once the food is served. They stay around the cashier table and talk. Third, bowl is small with less meats when compared to other places. But food is tasty somehow lol

If I could put no stars it would be perfect but I have to give them one to post. The chicken here is horrible. It’s unfrozen chicken which makes it sticky and dissolves to make the flavor of the soup horrible. When asked if there was any other choice the waitress(the one with the black squared glasses) she shook her shoulders like«oh well» she made a mistake by bringing us a ice tea and we didn’t order it and when we told her to take it back she got really upset and decided to start arguing with us right in front of other customers. We let her know that she is rude to customers and she said that we wouldn’t know because it’s our first time here but we’ve been here before a couple of times. If she treats customers this way, just imagine how she treats the cooks? Whatever you do don’t come here!

This is not the best phở restaurant. First off, it’s ran by Koreans(said my Korean friend lol). Not saying they’re bad cooks(to put it nicely), but someone who knows how to make Vietnamese food needs to tip them off on how to prepare the food :/ Too bad I couldn’t be the one. I ordered one of my fave plates(ie. bun). It did not taste the same as usual. The dish mainly tasted like a bunch of vegetables. The spring rolls were alright, that thing isn’t hard to make, but the sauce was off. I had to add hoisin sauce to make it taste better. If you want cheap food, this is the place to be. If you want good quality Vietnamese food(after drinking), this is not the place to be.

Ordered the fried egg rolls and spring rolls. The food was so bad here that I couldn’t eat it. I am at McDonald’s drive thru right now. This is a true story. The waitress was nice so I gave them 2 stars…

My friends and I were craving for some phở and decided to check out this place. The Korean female server was not friendly at all and she was giving us attitude. We ordered food and she was constantly telling us that they close exactly at 12:00am. We got our food, she gave us the check and kept telling us they’re closing. Yes we knew that —- you didn’t have to remind us again. We’re still eating. She kept rushing us grrrrrr… Lousy service. Customers are always right and why can’t she wait until we finish eating ?? This place deserves a one star.

Why didn’t anyone tell me about the awesomeness of oxtail phở?! Whoa! The oxtail was tender and delicious and when you add the oxtail and broth to the noodles, yummy in my tummy. Wow! I also had the egg rolls and Thai ice tea and it was all great. The phở was the star though. Everything was 18 dollars. And I couldn’t finish it all. I’m still full…

I just had a bowl of phở on Nov 10 Monday 10 am. A lady serving here make people feeling bad. I saw 5,6 customers walking in and leaving during I was eating. But she doesn’t even say Hi or Thank-you to customers. Smile! Refill water! You are in service business. Lern from someone restaurant service basic 101. GOODLUCK.

Ive had better phở, I only decided to try the place because I work in the area. Customer service is horrible maybe because Im not Asian? The noodles were all stuck together, and my soup wasn’t hot at all. I asked for extra lemon and jalapeño but that never came to me after asking several times. I would not recommend this place. Parking lot was ok but the valet guy was very annoying and you have to pay $ 1 if he valets or you park your own car.

I discovered this little favorite of mine on accident. I’ve seen the line for the kbbq place next door from the street several times and each time the wait was too long. so we went here instead the first time and we’ve been coming here ever since. I can honestly say I’ve only seen one woman working here. There’s a cook in the back but this woman runs the entire show in the front! What I like about this place is the food is great and it gets to your table fast! Quick and delicious! It’s never too crowded or loud. It’s really quite perfect for what it is. You’re in, you’re satisfied, and you’re out.

Maybe I went on a bad day, but the chicken phở I ordered wasn’t all that great. The chicken was like rubber and the soup was meh, the noodles were all stuck together, and the staff was super disinterested. Parking in the lot was easy, but it could get crowded, we were lucky to find a tight space. I wouldn’t go back.

Meat, wheres my brisket and rare steak?! Tell me i came here when the back kitchen people were on strike… please?! *shrug*

This place was pretty great all-around. Good, hearty portions of food, tasty drinks and fast service. I got a mixture of several different components in my phở — shrimp and squid and the like. While the rare steak was absolutely terrible in my opinion, all of the ingredients added to the dish, and with the complimentary onions and cilantro I was pleasantly surprised. Plus the delicious Sriracha didn’t hurt, either. Overall, as my first experience eating phở, this was a really good place to start. It wasn’t perfect, but I’ll definitely be back to try some of their appetizers and so on.

Basic spot, I feel like I’m eating noodles in water. They’re super stingy with the shrimp and the Korean server lady sucked. I clearly order to her and she said I never ordered my rice. Anyways, will most def never come back.
