Cool people behind the counter and good stuff but every time I went there out of the three times they had lost my info. Told me my card expired when I had it renewed two weeks previous. Could never find me in the system. Will not return.

I was going here cause it’s close to where I live and the hours are good even though their product is usually low quality and the bud tenders don’t really know how to do their jobs very well. The last time I went, their security guard asked to see a copy of my rec. I asked him very politely why they require me to show them a copy each time if they have a copy on file already and the security guard reacted by yelling at me which was way out of line. He didn’t even answer my question, he just stated (while yelling angrily) «I told you last time that you need to have a copy on you every time you come here». After that I refuse to go back. I’d rather drive up the street to Euphoric where not only are the staff polite, friendly, and knowledgeable but for the same price as PHC they sell way higher quality product.

Don’t even bother!!! Went there gave my boyfriend a hard time and then told me my ID was fake cause it was thick and expires in 2060 and it was from another state. Bs!!! Not only am I offended but turned off by how rude they were! When I’m going to buy my medicine and this kind specifically I expect good friendly vibes. Not here tho! Good luck if you do!

Quality buds with a $ 35 cap on 8ths. My only complaint is that there is really difficult parking at certain times. Though there are 2 spots for them in the back they are always taken. Minus one star for difficult parking.
