Gary Haddock is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and President of both corporations. Qualifying Party for Corporate Construction as General Class B, Plumbing Class C, Roofing Class, and painting & decorating Class, Responsible for all company operations, finance and marketing.

Management experience with residential income properties and

condominiums from one to over 100+ units, including turn around of

distressed properties with severe management problems. Experience

with various aspects of new construction and major repair work.

Management includes full responsibility for maintenance, tenant

screening and relations, advertising, budgeting and accounting. Set

and enforce all proceedings, relations with various governmental

agencies and personnel. Attend seminars, classes and review

literature to stay abreast with trends and laws. Assist clients with

financing, purchase and sales needs for their building. Provide

monthly status reports to owners.

Hands down the worst property managers in America. Complete and flagrant disregard for complaints or repair calls. Lack of follow through on anything whatsoever. They are as useful or productive as our Congress, and tad bit less popular. This company can turn a new or well maintained property into The Projects in no time. You are better off living on the streets, at least they get swept once in a while.

I have requested a new carpet that haven’t been change for over 10 years and no response. I have call their office and send letters and they’ve ignore me all the time. Even when I have sent them a letter of my baby’s pediatrician saying he is allergic to mold and dirty carpet they have done anything.

I worked with Gary Haddock (the owner of Playa Vista Property Management) on a civil lawsuit in which he was suing over 3 properties he had foreclosed on. After spending a week working on his case, I was told I’d be paid the next day. It’s now been over a month, and every time I follow up for my payment, Gary or someone at his office tells me he’s good for the money, and I’ll be paid tomorrow.
I have never worked with such a disorganized and dishonest organization, and I’m amazed at how someone can not pay someone who’s helping him on a lawsuit in which he didn’t pay the bank. It’s insane.
Do not work with these people. You’ll regret it.

They completely ignore requests for any type of repairs. They refuse to do anything about confrotational entitled tenants who abuse other tenants and building «rules» even after multiple complaints have been made.
