I wouldn’t even give this Firm one star. Michael Posner, represented me at the Civil Service Commissioner and all long told me don’t worry, you will find. I provided him proof, he didn’t present and as a result, I didn’t win. He treated my case like a JOKE! Don’t hire him, he will charge you $ 300 and will not defend you properly. But he is a Joke of an attorney.

I tried for days to get Howard Rosen on the phone. My emails and calls were never returned for two weeks. I was recommended to this office by another office that didn’t deal with labor issues so I thought I should pursue because I didn’t have time to search all over the city for somebody that dealt with a specific issue. After the couple weeks, he finally did call me. I had a good case with lots of evidence so I thought he would at least like to meet with me. Instead he only wanted to go as far as a phone call. I introduce myself and my history with the employer. Before I get to the point of my call, he rudely interrupts me and says, «I don’t want to be bothered with this.» I said «excuse me?» He said, «I don’t want to be bothered with this case.» I asked him how he can know that before I tell him what the case is about. All I got back were silly excuses such as, «Because I don’t want to. Let’s just leave it at that,» or «Because it doesn’t sound like something I’d be interested in,» or «Go ask somebody else.» Naturally I asked for (any) specifics and the more I pressed for some type of adult explanation, he became more child-​like almost with a sass in his voice and then hung up on me! Only cowards hang up on clients. The reason why he gets such poor feedback from people that interact with him is because he has no professionalism! Even with him acting like a five-​year-​old I still tried my best to keep the conversation on a professional adult level. He reminds me of a kid on a playground that’s constantly teased– not because his mother is a drunk or his dad is gay, but because he’s just weird and socially awkward. From the way he spoke to me it doesn’t sound like he has any people skills.
I called him back just as he hung up on me (of course the baby chicken doesn’t answer) and left a message telling him what a coward he is and I’m glad he didn’t take my case because he’s a loser and a lunatic! I don’t blame Ricky D. for what he said because Rosen is nuts!

I consulted with Howard Rosen at Posner & Rosen LLP regarding an employment discrimination claim. After disclosing all of my claims and issues with Howard, he provided me with some strategies to my case and how we should proceed with filing a lawsuit. An hour after speaking to Mr. Rosen, he contacted me and told me that he would not be able to represent me after all, but that if I can forward his contact info to my employer, he can see if we can resolve the case. A few months after my consultation with him, I learned that Howard had been retained by the employer that I had claims against, he didn’t contact them to try and resolve my claims, he contacted them so that he can offer them representation! He was later retained by them AFTER my consultation with him. Not only did Rosen fraudulently represent my employer after consulting with me, but he also took adverse actions in my claims. A complaint and investigation through the state bar is pending. I trusted Mr. Rosen with details in my case, only to have him later use it against me after he decided to represent the defendant instead.
