Power Valet Parking

I cannot tell you how wonderful this company is, I decided the night before that I need valet service for my mothers funeral memorial since I live at the beach. We agreed to a price that was fair, signed the contract and paid all within minutes!
I was not going to be there when they arrived, but they sent 3 guys, 2 to park and 1 to greet guests and escort them to the service. They were so well organized in the way they parked the cars and had the guests get out of the cars, They had their own cones, signs and flashlights. I hadn’t even thought about doing it that way!
At the end of the night any guests that were still lingering were given their keys and told where their cars were parked. Fantastic!

If i could give this place a negative 10 stars, I would. I don’t know where to start. We took these guys on for my wedding and they completely ruined the beginning for our guests. We had originally agreed for them to arrive at a certain time, and our wedding coordinator had actually told them to come an hour earlier because we didn’t factor in early arrival. This was confirmed with Tom way earlier in the month. We were suppose to get 4 valet guys. Only one showed up an hour late and the other 3 didn’t come till God knows when. Also, the one that showed up wreaked of marijuana and it was clear he was smoking on the job. Alot of our guests were uncomfortable with him and were displeased. Keep in mind, there were children around. At this point, it didn’t matter because the most important time for valet is in the beginning so coming into our wedding, our guests had a bad taste in their mouth. The owner of the venue, an older lady, had to go down there and direct traffic herself! We felt so bad for her but luckily she was happy to help unlike these horrible valet drivers. I explained all of this to Tom and he was quick to defend his staff and would not offer me any type of compensation, not even an apology. He kept referring back to our agreement as a point of reference but he wasn’t there to experience what we had to go through to get the situation handled. No refund of any sort and no empathy. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS, THEY COME LATE, AND THEY SMOKE ON THE JOB! Do not fall for Tom’s quick responses via email. It seems to us that money was his priority, but not good service. I highly regret hiring these guys. Do not make the same mistake we did.
