This doctor was amazing, informative, and made things SO easy! He genuinely cares about his patients, clearly not out just to make a quick buck, he spent a great deal of time with me just giving me information and chatting, gave me his personal contact info to use any time I have questions or any sort of issue of any type.

Professional, informative, and caring, Dr. Malepati got back to me personally and gave me an hour of his time to satisfy all my questions.

I’ve visited quite a few different offices and know about others through friends. This is the only nice office and practice setup in the city! There are many dirty and questionably legit places. This office is clean and nice, no bs! The medical director here is highly personable. He’s more knowledgeable than any other doctor I’ve met and seems to remember all of his patients, which shows he cares. He gave me a book he wrote, which was cool. Very laid back, warm atmosphere. PPC is definitely geared towards more discerning patients. Strongly recommend! :))

I’ve been dealing with sleep issues for awhile. A friend suggested getting a medical marijuana card to combat it. I was extremely hesitant, expecting to deal with a seedy doctor who just hands out rec cards leading me questioning the legitimacy of the operation. Essentially making me feel like I’m doing something wrong just to receive medical attention. After a couple of rough nights followed by some strenuous work loads at my job, I caved and decided to seek out a clinic. I chose to go to the PPC clinic because it appeared to have professionalism online. That, and they were actually located in a office building, not on the boardwalk of Venice, dressed in green jumpsuits. Turns out, the experience was exactly what I was looking for. For starters, it was an actual office. Waiting room and all. I filled out the check-​in on an ipad and waited to see the doctor. After maybe a 5 min wait, I was sitting in front Dr. M, who took the better part of an hour explaining in full detail the world of medical marijuana and its uses as related to my health. I was kind of taken aback, as I thought I would be having that uncomfortable, passive-​aggressive conversation one would usually experience with a used car salesman. Nothing of the sort. This ended up being one of the most positive experiences interacting with a physician I’ve ever had. Impressed enough to write a review. Thanks.

Super pleasant office. Everyone was friendly, professional, and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there, which makes being a patient much better. Dr. Malepati really took his time to make me feel comfortable and explain everything to me during our appointment. As a local grad student, the walking distance is incredibly convenient.

Recently left my beloved LA for the east coast, but PPC is as good as it gets for LA. Dr. M was so helpful and informative and answered all my questions.
I came in on the weekend and there was free parking (a huge +1 in my book). The whole staff was really informative and were all on iPads making the whole experience really smooth. Their patient coordinator Jared actually took me to a dispensary as he was heading out and took me through the process and taught me about specific strains for my condition in the dispensary. What doctor’s office does this?

I had a wonderful experience going to PPC Group to get my med card. This was my first time getting a recommendation and I was definitely nervous at first, but Dr. M helped me through each step. He explained everything carefully and wasn’t interested in just throwing me a card and kicking me out the door. He was genuinely interested in providing me with the best medical care he could and gave me all of the information I needed. He broke down the positives and the negatives of medicating with marijuana with my specific conditions and what I could expect. I went in with little understanding of the medical marijuana system or the science behind it, but I left Dr. M’s office with a much better grasp on it. He helped explain how each strain would effect me differently and was able to recommend certain types that might benefit me personally. This was the most honest and informative doctor’s appointment I’ve ever had, and Dr. M provided answers to every question I had. I felt very comfortable through the whole appointment and didn’t feel rushed. Scheduling my appointment the day-​of was hassle free and Michael at the front office was very friendly and helpful. Overall, going to PPC Group was just a perfect experience. I can’t recommend it enough.

Dr. M. made my visit to his office totally painless and unintimidating which I am extremely grateful for. I was a little apprehensive about getting my Medical Marijuana Card and was stressing over where to go when I found PPC group and decided to try them out.
I was able to get an appointment for the same day (Saturday) from the helpful front office guy and within an hour of walking into the building was officially a card carrying member! Dr. M. was very knowledgeable and informed me about of a lot of stuff I didn’t know regarding marijuana, both good and bad, and helped me figure out all the details surrounding what I can and can’t do with the card as well as helping me find a good dispensary in my area that was fully legal and licensed.
On top of everything else before I left the office Dr. M. gave me two free boxes of an all natural Echinacea and Zinc immune boosting supplement he has created which seriously helped me and my girlfriend get over a persistent sore throat we had both been having.
I can’t recommend this place highly enough! 5 stars!
