I hired Precision Spa to service my jacuzzi twice a month for about six months. They performed minimal work and one time did not even show up for an entire month! (No problem though attempting to bill me for it!). Far more egregious though was that then I bought a house with a pool and hired them to service it (I knew the owner personally for many years so was inclined to give him another chance).
After about a month they told me the pump was no longer priming and therefore wasn’t getting pool clean. It needed to be replaced. I paid them $ 700 for the repair and submitted the bill to my home warranty company. The warranty guy came out and tested the pump and found that it was ABSOLUTELY FINE and re-​installed it!!! When confronted with this evidence that they had sold me a useless repair Precision Spa refused to refund me any of my money.
Total SCAM ARTISTS is all I can say!!!
btw– The pool looks great with the old pump

Never Fixed Spa, Never even gave me a Estimate.
Then Charged for 6 months of Spa Service, They never Showed up Once.
They Also NEVER Answer the Phone
