Manager

Ali is Printing Depot’s manager; he has been an important figure in keeping our company ahead of the printing game. No project is too large or small for him to tackle. He focuses his time and efforts on each client and has created a high standard for our customer service. Since the beginning of our company roots he has maintained our personalized costumer support and is an integral part of our staff. Many of our long-​standing clients personally ask for him because he always commits to every aspect of a project. His years of experience in the filed, along with his graphic design expertise, makes him the person to talk to if you need advice on your next print job!

Ali from Printing Depot. He is VERY, VERY talented in Printing services and Graphic Designing. I have been working with him and Michael at Printing Depot the Past 7 Years, they do ALL the printings and designing for our Business needs. Excellent services, Very Punctual, they even deliver the product to you. I am pretty sure I can say Printing Depot is the best and most reliable PRINTING SHOP IN TOWN.

Ali and the pros at Printing Depot were instrumental in helping me prepare for an upcoming jury trial. They printed my exhibits, made multiple sets, ordered and arranged tabbed trial notebooks, all in the span of 2 days (thousands of pages of documents). You cannot get this kind of service and attention at a «big box» printing store. I highly recommend their service.

Bad customer service and communication. I wanted to get 1.75″ x .75″ hang tags done in black and white. I came in on a Thursday and they took my information and told me to email my logo so they can work on a sample. I emailed logo that same day and also asked 3 questions within the email regarding front/​back printing, pricing, and hole punching. 6 days go by without an email back. I call Print Depot and the production manager has to dig through emails to find my email. He tells me he will call me back the same day to answer my questions but he doesn’t call me back. I have to call Print Depot again to see where we are at with my sample request. It seems like they were too busy to take me seriously as a customer. I will be going somewhere else to get my hang tags done.

I recently had to print some business cards and some signs and banners for my business. I went to printing Depot, not exactly knowing what I wanted my business cards to look like, nor had I any idea of what my banners should look like.
I contacted Ali Ghazi who was referred to me by a friend, and he sure is a professional in his field. He suggested several designs and headlines for my banners. I left his store happy.. I can’t thank him enough. If you need any kind of printing job done., printing depot is the place to go.

Customer service is everything and Printing Depot has excellent customer service. I recently sent them (Ali) an idea of how I wanted my posters and business cards laid out and he nailed it first try.
I’m an independent business owner so I cant afford an in house graphics person so I rely heavily on PD a bunch and they always come through.

I’ve been using Printing Depot for over the past year to print and create marketing materials for my company. The team is quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and willing to work within a variety of budgets. They have designed and printed new business cards, bi-​fold brochures, and even a large display sign. Inexpensive design and set-​up fees. Quick turn-​around. Super friendly. They also make it super easy to refill our business card order. I know they also support businesses all over LA and the Valley.

Duuuuuuuuuude. I was so frickin’ annoyed! I’ve been playing with my art directors’ files for long enough to know how to manipulate certain design aspects. But when Twitter recently changed the look of everyone’s profile page, I could not – for the life of me! – get my logo straight on the new header space. I must’ve spent all day resizing, cropping and reformatting the bloody thing, to no avail. I’m quite sure I called up the whole lot of archangels at one point.
The hysteria, you see, was that I had already made the new format live, and my super-​delicious logo was all sortsa jacked up. My biz has all of, like, 3 followers but it was the principle: Social media gives mama serious anxiety.
I called my designer down in the OhSee and even she, wondrous design diva that she is, didn’t know what to do – granted, my email to her was a bit hysterical. But still.
Played with it some more and then called a random designer on Unilocal; she was busy. Very sweet and comforting. But said she couldn’t get to it ’til the next day. Called FedEx Kinko’s and the guy who answered told me to call Geek Squad (seriously). Finally, I found Printing Depot and they said, «Come on in!»
One of the designers, Joe, was also a bit perplexed on how to make my logo fit proper (SEE! IT’S NOT JUST ME, TWITTER!), but he fiddled with it and fiddled with it (three minutes to closing time, mind you) and finally came up with a winner.
Soooooooooo happy. Definitely a cool bunch of guys willing to go the extra mile for those in distress.
