I needed a process server to take care of serving papers since the court date was coming up and my default method usually takes a month. I called several companies before Process Server Express and decided to go with this company for a number of reasons. Jack was professional, great on communication and the turn around time was reassuring. He was able to serve my documents in 2 days, sent over the proof of delivery & declaration. Everything was kept pretty simple. I didn’t have to fill anything out. I paid them for their work through paypal, e-​mailed docs and 2 days later it was done and taken care of. He was in constant contact through e-​mail and let me know where they were along in the process. He made it ridiculously easy to serve documents to anyone. I highly recommend them and will use them again the future.

Great service! Jack stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and was extremely responsive to my inquiries and follow-​ups. I had a very short fuse on my service date, and their team was able to get the service done with time to spare. I contacted Jack on New Years day of 2016, and he actually picked up the phone! I was shocked! The service was ordered that day, and was completed the very next day. I plan to use this company for all of my future service needs.

The service Jakris business provided is simply outstanding. and I am speaking from vantage point of mostly negative experience in using other process servers.
Most of the time I was getting a bill and an excuse. no service .
Jakris promised a personal service and delivered. Just to give you an idea. This is the case with the defendant who masterfully avoided personal service for months. Unlike other process servers that I personally and my attorney used, who provided plenty of excuses, but no personal service. Jakris showed the diligence that one should expect, but regretably, rarely gets from a professional business of this type.
Like everyone else, who tried before he got no answer at the door. this defendant is very careful about that .to avoid service, Jakris talked to a neighbor, found out relevant information on her activities and succeeded in personal service on the 3^rd attempt!!!
It is important to note that I was charged ONLY one, very reasonable fee for the service, and not multiple fees. one per an attempt .as others who worked under the formula: the more they «attempt» the more they bill. what a business model?!
I am just wondering how they would feel. if I would charge them for every «attempt» I exerted trying to PAY their invoices.
I am wholeheartedly recommend this business: Integrity Professionalism Reasonable prices. What more one can ask from a business?

If you need a Process Service done right then you have come to the right place. After having a terrible experience with PSSLAC (Process Server Service of Los Angeles County), I decided to try Unilocal and see if I could find a quick, reliable alternative. If you ever run in PSSLAC, whatever you do, RUN… don’t walk away from this scam artist. He has great FAKE Google ratings which trick a lot of people (like me), but his ratings on Unilocal tell the true, complete story and shows what can happen to you if you don’t go with a reputable company like Process Server Express.
(Moral of the story is… Google’s ratings are a bunch of made up garbage… only put weight behind Unilocal’s ratings! Although this is my first rating, I had to sign up to show the contrast between my experiences with both and it only happened because PSSLAC is the cheapest and had a Google rating of 4.3. When I finally checked Unilocal and saw that they had a Unilocal rating of 1. because that is as low as you can go, I knew I had been scammed).
Because of PSSLAC’s scam, I was behind the 8 ball and needed a Subpoena served, like yesterday! I contacted Jack on Wednesday and told him that I needed a rush service and the server needed to make 3 attempts and I would need a Declaration of Due Diligence along with the Proof of Service (because I knew the person being served would not be there). My court date was scheduled for the following, Tuesday, so I knew I needed everything completed by Monday around Noon so that I could deliver the Proof to the Courthouse. Unlike PSSLAC, Jack knew exactly what to do, calmed my fears, and got to work.
I checked with him after the 1^st day and he gave me a report back on what happened and I was at ease. On the following Monday, around 1pm, he got me everything I needed for my case and I was off to deliver it to the Courthouse, that afternoon. Because the service was done correctly & promptly, he was able to save my case that I had worked so many hours on trying to defend. Due to the fact that Personal Service could not be performed at the address the person said she would be at, the case was dismissed on that Monday evening. I didn’t see the dismissal until Tuesday morning so I could have saved myself a sleepless night by checking the Online Docket the night before, but I was ecstatic to say the least! This was only possible because the Service was done the Perfect Way it needed to be.
If you need a Service done right the first time… take my word for it… do yourself a favor and go with Jack @ Process Server Express. If I had not called him I would have surely LOST my case which would have resulted in over a $ 10k judgement against me! Don’t skimp on this very important aspect of your case. If it is not down right… YOU HAVE NO CASE.
This is one guy I can trust and if I ever need to have any papers served in the future, Jack is who I will be calling! I recommend you do, too!

I called Jack on a Tuesday evening to make service in time for a Hearing the following Monday and Tuesday. Time was running out, but he got me a server THAT NIGHT. She couldn’t serve the person that evening, but she stayed out front until the person emerged the next morning. Bam! Served! Great work and a really fair price. My girlfriend and I needed this done fast and Jack made it happen!
